We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Antania Williams. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Antania below.

Antania , so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.

Some ways i keep my creativity alive is i look outside my industry and pull ideas, from music, sports, and nature or even everyday life. I like to travel o different environments to spark creativity. I keep creating and being consistent. I have a journal where i keep notes and capture random moments. I also love grabbing experiences from my hometown and passions. I design new things and wear them just to see how my audience will react to it. I Challenge myself, listen to podcasts,or documentaries about visionaries i admire.I also document my process, like behind the scenes ideas and how i create my designs and bring them to life.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I am a creative ,i love designing making logos and designs for other company’s and people.I love seeing people faces when i create there designs and they love it. I love helping people, start there businesses and their journeys. My brand encourages people to live in the moment ,and live life with no regrets. Standing out and being different is one of my main goals with my brand, sometimes you have to dare to be different and create your own lane. I designed My hometown hoodies which did way better than i expected i sold over 200 hoodies in store and on hand. I think i set a trend when it came to the STL designs. I designed it because i never seen it done before and it just took off that hoodie will be
Legendary. People are still wearing the ones from 2 years ago. I love designing stuff that will be around for a lifetime time. I’m really focused on building my brand ,and marketing the correct way right now,i love elevating and finding ways to improve my brand. I am always researching and reading and watching videos to make me and my brand better. Eventually i want to build a team and expand my business. I’m working on hosting my own fashion show this year so stay tuned and follow the journey.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The 3 qualities that where most impactful for me is being consistent, you have to stay consistent in the fashion industry or people will forget you so that was one of my main goals was staying relevant in this industry. You have to have good communication skills also just to stay on track with orders and dealing with customers. You definitely have to be dedicated and determined to be creative.I find motivation in everything around me. Some advice i would give someone to improve is stay focused, set goals and do your own research, never be afraid to ask for advice and find a mentor to help guide you and your plans. Keep grinding and never give up, just start and you will eventually make it to the top.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

I am always looking to collaborate, i love helping other people and showing them the way.I want to collaborate with people in the fashion industry anybody that’s a creative really,I’m sure we can come up with something that works for us. Ways to connect with me are instagram ,facebook ,i love being on tik tok. I would love to work with other designers, photographers, stylist, paintings anybody that’s doing something innovative and creative.
