Meet Anthony Lauletta

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Anthony Lauletta. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Anthony below.

Hi Anthony, thank you so much for opening up with us about some important, but sometimes personal topics. One that really matters to us is overcoming Imposter Syndrome because we’ve seen how so many people are held back in life because of this and so we’d really appreciate hearing about how you overcame Imposter Syndrome.

When I start to doubt myself, I try to recognize that I wouldn’t have imposter syndrome if I wasn’t trying to do something big and sometimes scary. So I like to work backwards from that thought. It’s proof that I am in fact doing the thing I’m doubting I can do every day.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I’m the founder of Way West Supply Co., a lifestyle brand that captures an alternative take on the American West. The brand is less than a year old, and has already garnered a rapidly growing a following in Los Angeles.

I’m particularly excited about a limited collab piece we launched with the iconic Hollywood honkytonk, Desert 5 Spot, last month.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The three most important qualities I’ve picked up over the years are: don’t make assumptions, be impeccable with your word, and don’t take anything personally.

Easier said than done, but when practiced, I believe these three qualities can lead anyone to their vision of success.

How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?

I’d spend every moment I have creating, or in nature.
