Hi AnToni, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
My life has been full of setbacks and challenges that can leave you feeling defeated and overwhelmed. When faced with adversity, sometimes you lose hope and struggle to find the inner strength to bounce back.
From my childhood trauma and abuse to losing everything in natural disasters, the death of loved one’s, I’ve experienced more than my fair share of hardships. On top of that, as an entrepreneur, I’ve had to deal with negative voices, skeptics, and even those who tried to sabotage my dreams.
My faith has been the driving force behind my ability to overcome every obstacle that life throws at me. By believing in something greater than myself and trusting in the journey that has been orchestrated for me, I have discovered the resilience to rise above any challenge.
With this unyielding faith, I have proven time and time again that no setback or naysayer can hold me back. I have transformed adversity into fuel for my dreams and refused to let anyone or anything destroy what I’ve worked so hard for.

With over 4 decades of experience in crafting garments, jewelry, and accessories, I’ve honed my skills to perfection. There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
1. Continuous Learning: Never stop acquiring new knowledge. Invest in self-education through books, podcasts, courses, and workshops. Stay updated on industry trends and developments. Seek out experts in your field and learn from their experiences.
2. Adaptability: Be open-minded and willing to adapt in a rapidly changing world. Embrace new technologies and methodologies relevant to your field. Develop problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Embrace failure as a learning opportunity rather than a setback.
3. Determination: Stay resilient and committed to your goals. Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth. Seek mentorship from those who have already achieved what you aspire to achieve. Surround yourself with a support network that motivates and encourages you.
Remember, success is not an overnight achievement. It takes time, dedication, and continuous improvement. By focusing on determination, continuous learning, and adaptability throughout your journey, you’ll be well-equipped to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
