Hi Antonio, appreciate you sitting with us today. Maybe we can start with a topic that we care deeply about because it’s something we’ve found really sets folks apart and can make all the difference in whether someone reaches their goals. Self discipline seems to have an outsized impact on how someone’s life plays out and so we’d love to hear about how you developed yours?
My self disciplined came from working for my dad in israel from a very young age. I quit school when I was 10 years old and start working for my father in his crane company, and in order to be in the construction business, you have to wake up super early in the morning sometime 4 o’clock in the morning sometime 5 o’clock in the morning and you come home very late so being on time super early in the morning was the first discipline , while the rest of the world is sleeping, you already up and about my second discipline, which is the one that shaped me to be who I am today was being in Israel Military for many years and when you are in the army, you have no choice, but to be disciplined, of course, many years later, they paid off today in the world of business I follow all the rules, wake up super early in the morning and make sure that all the goals requested being met with the highest discipline possible.

It’s time to share a little bit about who I am and the impact I’m making in the world. I am proud to call myself an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and business coach!
My passion lies in empowering and guiding young entrepreneurs towards success, while equipping them with the keys to unlock their full potential.
But that’s not all! As the owner and CEO of Flooring King, one of the largest flooring companies in the country, I am committed to giving back to our community nationwide.
We have designed a special program that aims to help individuals and families with all their flooring needs. Whether it’s renovating a home, improving a community space, or assisting those in need, our team is dedicated to making a positive impact.
Through this program, we strive to create safe and beautiful spaces that inspire, uplift, and bring joy to people’s lives.
It’s our way of giving back and making a tangible difference, one floor at a time.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back on my journey as an entrepreneur and CEO of Flooring King, I’ve discovered three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that have been pivotal to my success.
1)𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Persistence is the fuel that propels you forward when faced with challenges and setbacks. Embrace the belief that failure is merely a stepping stone towards success. Don’t give up when things get tough; instead, learn from your mistakes, adapt, and keep pushing forward.
2)𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: In today’s rapidly evolving world, staying updated with the latest trends, technologies, and market demands is crucial. Continuously educate yourself and be open to acquiring new skills. Embrace lifelong learning and seek out mentors who can guide you along the way.
3)𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆: Building a strong network of like-minded individuals and industry professionals is invaluable. Definitely “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill, a book that has been instrumental in the development of many entrepreneurs, including myself.
This is a classic and anyone that wants to succeed in the world of business. Should definitely start there..
