Hi Anttoni , we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

Wow, I would say the way that I developed confidence, & self-esteem is through self-love and unlearning PTSD habits while growing a closer connection to God. All this all happened because of a break up that happened three years ago, which lead me to stop using cocaine which was a drug I used to surpress all my triggers and trauma. I had to finally admit that I was an drug addict, which then put me in a position to really fully love me and know me.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

So my name is Anttoni Lopez male beauty makeup artist and I am the CEO of Alpha Male Cosmetics, which is a full line of make up products catered to men and men of color. I started at Alpha Male Cosmetics due to being in an abusive relationship so I had to cover up scars and bruises, and I fell in love with Makeup after that. What’s special about this makeup line is that it’s for men to feel confident every day. Alpha Male Cosmetics is a makeup brand for men who are leaders of the pack and just want to enhance their handsome. Currently we are Casting nationwide for new Alpha Male models- brand ambassadors which will end that last day of February 2025 and the relaunch will be April 2025 and it will be easy to order your color products using our color matching software.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Important skills to have is constantly reading about your business, really networking and building relationships that are catered to your business. Never giving up on your goals. Write everything down on paper because once it’s on paper, it becomes action. Don’t sit on anything make it action.

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?

To be honest, there have been many people in my life who have helped but, in the last few years, it has been God and my faith. I have learned how to surrender to him and ask for guidance. Being able to lean into my fear, knowing that he has your back has been a true blessing. To be blessed just to wake up, has honestly made the toughest times I have had the most easiest overcoming challenges. The knowledge needed to succeed IS determination and want. So let go and be excited for the unseen.
