Meet Ariana Pineda

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Ariana Pineda. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Ariana, so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?

My optimism comes from knowing that the toughest moments are just the beginning, and with God’s guidance, things can only get easier. When I started Kairos Automations, getting clients felt like an uphill battle—cold emails, endless outreach, and very little response. I later met my business partner, Chase who serendipitously reached out to me to chat about automations. Everything changed from there. We combined our strengths, and within a week, we brought in $15k in contracts. It wasn’t easy—long days, no rest—but knowing that everything happens according to God’s plan for my greater good is deeply comforting. Every “no” is just God’s way of leading me to an even better “yes,” and that faith is what keeps me hopeful and inspired for the future. Seeing how quickly things can turn around when you push through the hard parts gives me hope. Starting out is always the hardest, and that’s what makes the future so exciting.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

At Kairos Automations, I focus on building highly efficient, industry-agnostic automations that solve complex problems in just 1-3 days—a process that typically takes engineers months and costs companies significant resources. What excites me the most about what I do is the speed and impact of these solutions. For example, I recently created an automation for Collab Bar, a company in the influencer marketing space. They were using Creator IQ, a tool that costs $20,000 a year. In just 2 hours, I built an automation that not only replicated what Creator IQ does but also provided even more detailed analytics.

This automation, titled “Influencer Analytics Scraping to Airtable Dashboard Visualization,” extracts influencer Instagram URLs from Collab Bar’s Airtable database, scrapes vital statistics like audience demographics and engagement rates, and visualizes these insights through interactive Airtable dashboards. The result? A 34,560% increase in data processing speed, reducing what once took two days down to five seconds, while saving them the $20,000 annual expense. Beyond just matching what Creator IQ offers, my automations deliver additional insights like follower types, brand safety scores, and location-specific follower data.

Kairos is about making powerful, tailored solutions accessible and affordable for any industry, and I’m excited to continue expanding these capabilities, proving that with the right approach, innovation doesn’t have to be slow or costly.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, the three qualities that have been most impactful in my journey are responsiveness, customer focus, and providing value. The best skill I’ve developed is being responsive and giving immediate attention to my customers. I always prioritize their needs and ensure I’m available to respond as quickly as possible. This approach has been invaluable, as it builds trust and strengthens relationships.

Putting the customer first has served me exceptionally well. It’s about more than just meeting their needs—it’s about anticipating them and always offering something of value. When you’re starting out, I believe it’s crucial to provide as much value as possible, even if that means offering things for free at first. This not only helps in establishing credibility but also sets the foundation for long-term success.

For those early in their journey, my advice is to develop these skills by being genuinely invested in your customers’ success. Respond quickly, listen carefully, and always think about how you can add value to their experience. These practices will build a strong foundation for your business and help you grow in the right direction.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?

The people who have been most helpful in my journey are my cofounder, Chase Lin, and my mentors Yaz, Josh, and Spencer. Chase and I have been able to scale Kairos Automations tremendously by combining our skills, which has really helped us get the clients we wanted. In just one week, we went from $0 to $15k, and we were profitable within two days. Our growth has been insane, and I’m incredibly hopeful about the future.

Our mentors have played a crucial role in this rapid scaling. Their support has been instrumental, and I’m deeply grateful for their influence on our journey.
