Meet Arianna Cantini

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Arianna Cantini. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Arianna, thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?

my optimism is born from my pessimism. let me explain.
I had, like everyone, a delicate moment in my life where I saw everything gray, dull and I couldn’t find a real purpose in my life.
I have to say thanks to this period of pessimism if today I have managed to make my passion my job, if what are my dreams, I can realize them,
simply because I didn’t let that pessimism remain as such, transforming it into something extremely precious and beautiful

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I have always loved traveling since my first trip, which was a school internship at 15 years old, that was My first trip alone away from home for 3 months, so young! That experience made me understand how much I loved discovering the world, different cultures and being in touch with people and their life stories. From that moment I have actually never stopped, counting more than 35 states visited for now. In these years, I have also put both my body and mind to the test in my travels, because traveling is not only about comfort and sometimes unexpected events can happen that need to be resolved, for this reason I have also developed a strong spirit of adaptation and problem solving. I also loved traveling alone, the most important was my trip to Canada that lasted 6 months where I lived and worked , but honestly all the trips I have made have enriched my knowledge, some have changed me with others I have become more aware of myself and my abilities when perhaps I had lost it a little. in short, traveling has saved me, I believe my heart was created for this

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

I think the best qualities I have are definitely the fact that I am a very motivated person to achieve my goals, creative and positive

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?

my family has been very close to me especially in delicate moments that I have gone through during the last few years, my boyfriend and my friends as well. they have all certainly contributed to improving me as a person but also to knowing how to heal wounds when there was need, this is what those who truly love you!
