If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

1. Technical Expertise and Knowledge
Understanding the mechanics, systems, and technology behind heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems is crucial. This includes knowledge of industry codes, safety regulations, troubleshooting techniques, and the latest technologies in each field (e.g., smart thermostats, energy-efficient plumbing systems, electrical systems, etc.).

2. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
Working in these fields requires diagnosing issues and determining the most effective solutions under time constraints. Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills help ensure that issues are identified and resolved quickly and accurately, improving customer satisfaction.

3. Customer Service and Communication Skills
Being able to effectively communicate with customers about their needs, the issues with their systems, and the best solutions is crucial. Additionally, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and customer care can help build long-term trust and ensure repeat business.
