Meet Arie Weissmann

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Arie Weissmann a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Arie, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

I think my work ethic comes mainly from the time I was self-employed many years ago. That period really shaped how I approach work. When you’re on your own, you learn quickly that your success depends entirely on your discipline and drive. It taught me to be consistent, take initiative, and stay accountable — lessons that have stuck with me ever since.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I always aim to maximize ROI while keeping things transparent and straightforward. I don’t believe in playing games or using bluffs. I prefer honest, data-driven strategies that build long-term trust. That approach reflects the values we uphold at The SGD Group as well. We believe in clarity, performance, and doing business with integrity.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, I’d say the three things that helped me most were resourcefulness, persistence, and understanding how to build and scale systems that actually convert.

Being self-employed for many years taught me how to figure things out on my own and adapt quickly. Persistence helped me push through uncertainty, especially in the early stages. And knowing how to turn ideas into scalable, ROI-driven systems has been key to growth.

For anyone just starting out, my advice is simple: don’t wait to have everything perfect. Take action, stay consistent, and focus on learning by doing. The more real problems you solve, the faster you’ll level up.

How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?

Helping others as much as possible, we don’t live forever.
