Meet Artur Klimov

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Artur Klimov. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Artur, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

I believe that confidence starts to build up in childhood, when you successfully overcome obstacles and achieve your small goals. The importance of support from our parents is crucial. They direct and support us emotionally when we are lost, confused or discouraged. In this age we are very vunerable and very acceptive to anything they say to us. I was lucky to have strong support from my mom in everything I did. Growing up I understood that persistence and discipline is a key to success, and as many goals I achieved as more and more I gained confidence in myself. It’s very important to be self aware of any destruction environment which destroys you confidence. It can be your friends or job. Friends can really undervalue you, as they feel uncomfortable with someone who improving themselves, and you might believe that your achievements are not important. At job you might feel the same, when you don’t get results from your activity. It might happen when you don’t like what you doing and not enough motivated you would not get good results. You might mistakenly think that you not good enough but it might be not the case, that really destroys your confidence. So its very important not to fall into false conclusion and be self aware to understand what is the real problem. Always remembering past achievements and not comparing to others only to past yourself is a key to adequate confidence. Knowing all of this you create your self-esteem supported by facts from your past.
Another aspect of it its knowledge that your past good results doesn’t define your presence and future, they just give you confidence that you can and that you are a creator of everything. And lastly, good health is a must to have confidence and have good self-esteem. That is what helps me to have confidence and self-esteem.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I’m lucky to be able to do what I love. I’ve connected my talent for design with my brand, implementing my ideas in ways that people truly appreciate. I’ve always been passionate about vintage-style clothing, and I love mixing different ideas to create clothing that people enjoy. Our focus is on an audience that values both quality and style. You can wear our clothing for casual occasions or special events. Not only will you feel comfortable, but your style will also stand out from the crowd. Be ready to get noticed!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Ability to learn. I decided that there is no stop for self improvement, I’m not retired in learning new things after university.
Perseverance. Try again and again what doesn’t work from the first time. Remember of having past experience and experience other successful people.
Discipline. Consistence to do what you supposed to do as some things you need to do regularly and in time.
Discipline and Perseverance is a killing mix.

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?

First, stop and take a break. Switch off all distractions and reconnect with yourself—this could mean doing a meditation. Understand that you are in control of your reaction to the situation. A great way to shift your attention is through physical exercises; even something simple you can do on the spot is enough.

Second, make a plan by starting with the most important tasks and writing them down.

Third, focus on the single most important thing and start doing it.
