Asha Christina , so great to be with you and I think a lot of folks are going to benefit from hearing your story and lessons and wisdom. Imposter Syndrome is something that we know how words to describe, but it’s something that has held people back forever and so we’re really interested to hear about your story and how you overcame imposter syndrome.

Overcoming imposter syndrome has been a journey deeply rooted in my faith. I realized that I wasn’t created to shrink back or question my worth but to walk boldly in the purpose God has for me. Through prayer and studying scripture, I’ve been reminded that my identity is in Christ, and He equips me for everything I’m called to do.

Building confidence in myself has been a natural outcome of trusting God’s plan. I’ve learned to lean into the unique gifts and talents He’s given me, recognizing that I’m not meant to compare myself to others but to stay focused on my own lane.

Additionally, I’ve surrounded myself with a supportive community that encourages me, speaks truth over me when doubts creep in, and holds me accountable to the vision I’ve set for myself. This combination of faith, self-confidence through God’s promises, and a strong support system has empowered me to push past imposter syndrome and show up fully as the person I’m created to be.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Through my podcast, I inspire women of all ages to navigate life’s transitions, deepen their faith, and pursue personal growth with confidence. I also coach women, particularly those in corporate careers, on setting boundaries, building healthy relationships, and transforming their self-esteem through a biblical lens.

In addition to my podcast and coaching, I am a real estate professional specializing in luxury homes. Helping clients find their dream homes while creating an elevated buying experience is something I find incredibly fulfilling.

What excites me the most about my work is the transformation I get to witness. Whether it’s a podcast listener who feels inspired, a coaching client who discovers newfound confidence, or a real estate client stepping into a home that fits their lifestyle perfectly, I am constantly reminded of the impact of intentionality, faith, and excellence.

This year, I’m expanding my brand with new offerings! I’m launching a premium coaching program designed to help women elevate their dating lives, set firm boundaries, and grow their self-worth, as well as producing fresh podcast series like ‘Transition and Triumph’ and the “Anti-Lazy Girl Manifesto”. I’m also seeking partnerships with brands that align with my mission to sponsor my podcast with host-read ads.I have so much I aspire todo including my own hair company, fragrance line, and hygiene kit company…There is much that God has put in me! Additionally I am a speaker, I love to travel and speak on panels or simply connect with others through sharing my story and encourage women all over the world.

My ultimate vision is to empower women to not only live with purpose but to step into abundance and freedom, both spiritually and practically. My work blends faith, confidence, and growth in a way that feels authentic, impactful, and life-changing.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Faith: My relationship with God has been the cornerstone of everything I do. It’s given me clarity, courage, and resilience to keep going even when faced with challenges or uncertainty. For anyone early in their journey, I’d encourage cultivating a strong spiritual foundation—whether through prayer, studying scripture, or connecting with a faith-based community. When you know who you are in Christ, it’s easier to overcome doubt and step into your purpose with confidence.

Adaptability: Life is full of transitions, and being able to pivot and grow through each season has been a game-changer. Whether it was starting my podcast, stepping into real estate, or expanding into coaching, I’ve learned to embrace change as an opportunity rather than a setback. To develop this skill, practice seeing challenges as growth moments and remain open to learning and evolving.

Intentionality: Every step I’ve taken has been guided by a clear sense of purpose. Whether I’m creating content, helping someone through coaching, or closing a real estate deal, I strive to operate with excellence and focus. For those early in their journey, I recommend getting clear on your “why” and setting intentional goals. Success doesn’t happen by accident—it’s a result of being consistent and purposeful in what you do. Trust me, this may sound easier said than done but God will not fail. When you don’t know your why, you can feel aimless and purposeless, so. it is important to move with intentionality.

My advice: Start where you are, trust the process, and lean into community. Surround yourself with people who will support and challenge you to grow. Most importantly, remember that progress, not perfection, is the goal. FAITH over sight. Remember that, and every small step forward brings you closer to the big picture.

How would you describe your ideal client?

For me, an ideal client is someone who is ready for transformation, is open to personal growth, and has a strong desire to build a life aligned with their faith and values. Specifically:

Women in Their mid twenties and up: They are at a stage in life where they are looking to deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationship with God, especially as they navigate transitions, career, and personal life.
Professionals Seeking Balance and Boundaries: Women who have established careers (corporate jobs or entrepreneurial ventures) and are ready to set healthier boundaries in their lives—whether in their romantic relationships, work, or personal time.

Ready for Self-Confidence Growth: These women are eager to break free from self-doubt, recognize their worth in Christ, and cultivate authentic confidence in all areas of their life, whether it’s through coaching or inspiration from my podcast.
Faith-Based Individuals: Those who want to integrate their faith into every area of their lives and are motivated by biblical principles to grow in their relationships, both with themselves and others.

Investing in Personal Development: The ideal client is someone who values personal development and is willing to invest in themselves—whether through coaching, listening to content, or engaging with resources that will help them grow.

Essentially, I work best with women who are ready to invest in their personal growth and walk confidently into the next chapter of their life with a strong faith foundation and a supportive community around them.
