Ashley, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
This might be cliche but my parents are behind giving me resilience .My mother being an immigrant and my father coming from not much has shown me nothing but examples on never giving up . Life is tough but i always tell myself to keep pushing through it will always pay off . Making myself and my parents proud is the end goal .

My heart and pride is my business it’s my baby . I’m a cosmetic tattoo artist , you may ask how did i get here well it started off before Covid my brows were a mess ! I went to my brow tech. Who also did permanent makeup we agreed on doing semi permanent brows . I loved them and couldn’t see myself with out them anymore , now fast forward I’m near creating the same plus more ! Specializing in fine line tattoos as well , because i have a passion for art as well as tattoos ! I’ve combined all my passions into my business ! I just relocated to the heart of Kissimmee so events and trainings will be coming , can’t wait to share more .
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Some things that helped me the most are continuing education NEVER stop learning , new things are always happening in the beauty industry. Communication will be another huge one i always love treating my clients as if they’re my own friends and keeping them close to me as well making it personal and safe . Always invest into your self as well as what you stand by I’ve learnt that really soon, quality is always first. My biggest advice is to never give up no matter who doubts you or how slow you’re starting off keep consistent and it pay off .
