Meet Ashley Kellogg

We recently connected with Ashley Kellogg and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Ashley, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

After experiencing a traumatic childhood and turning to rebellion and victimhood I discovered a deeper level of faith and the realization that every challenge comes with an opportunity. We can give up, live life as if it happens to us, strive endlessly to try earn our worth or – OR – we can ask God what he wants us to see and learn in each moment. I’ve learned that partnership with God offers a freedom, strength and confidence I wasn’t able to find on my own.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I help people navigate dating from a place of wholeness, curiosity and confidence in order to find lasting, meaningful connections.

I also help people who have struggled with codependency and insecure attachment struggles in dating to heal their heart and develop their true identity in God.

What’s most exciting to me about what I do is in todays swiping culture where dating is a numbers game, I help people develop their discernment and clarify and become the right person, making dating much more fun than being on an endless quest to find happiness in someone else.

I am launching a course and a book in November, 2025 on healing your heart so love finds you and stays.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

1. The first quality I developed that is imperative has been slowing down. I can only get so far on my own. Relentlessly striving led me to burnout, confusion and running in circles but never getting ahead. When I realized I could partner with God, it could be fun and rest is essential- that changed everything.

2. In order to partner with God, I need to be able to hear Him – starting my day in a quiet, peaceful place and manner has allowed for deeper wisdom, healing, vision and peace to flow through whatever I do.

3. Having a bigger vision and goals (the bigger and scarier, the better) so we can make sure our small, daily tasks are leading us in the right direction.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?

This may seem like a cheat answer but it’s the most comprehensive and real answer I can give – growing in my faith, discovering who Jesus really was and is and developing a relationship with the Holy Spirit has been truly life saving. The transformation I have experienced, both internally and externally still blows me away. It brings me to tears how much each and every one of us is so loved and supported. God has led me to the right people, places, opportunities, books, courses and experiences to help me grow, succeed and develop the gifts he has placed within me to help others and the strength to do and overcome what I could not do on my own and yet I feel like it’s only the beginning. I am so excited to share the healing and expansion possible with anyone seeking more for their love life.
