Meet Ashley Pakulski

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Ashley Pakulski. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Ashley below.

Ashley , we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

Confidence is something that you aren’t born with but it is a skill that is learned. We all have stories and things we have been through in the past that create the little lies in our heads known as limiting beliefs which affect our confidence and how we show up. For me this was a long journey but it’s the power of morning routines that transformed my life. This is doing the inner and mindset work at once. As I was reprogramming my subconscious mind I started to take different action and as I started repeating and learning my confidence muscle started to build. I started to show up more confidently.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

As a young girl, I faced tough challenges, including trauma and addiction. When I became a mom, I knew I had to make a change. So, I began a journey of healing and self-discovery. Along the way, I discovered the incredible power of our subconscious minds. Through self-help books and personal development, I incorporated practices like morning routines into my daily life, which have truly transformed my life, including my business. I’ve developed my own signature framework based on these experiences. My mission is to empower moms worldwide to turn their dreams into reality. I’m dedicated to guiding moms to step into their power, show up confidently, and achieve their goals in both business and life. If you’re ready to step into your power, I invite you to share my Elevate Coaching Program. Let’s chat and see if it’s the right fit for you.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Reflecting on my journey, three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that made a significant impact were resilience, self-awareness, and ongoing learning.

1. Resilience: The ability to bounce back from setbacks was essential. I kept moving forward, adapting, and finding solutions, no matter the obstacles. For those starting their journey, staying focused, maintaining a positive mindset, and seeking support during tough times are key.

2. Self-awareness: Understanding my strengths, weaknesses, and motivations helped me navigate my path and make informed decisions. Taking time for self-reflection, journaling, and seeking feedback from others can provide valuable insights for beginners.

3. Continuous learning: Embracing lifelong learning allowed me to stay adaptable and grow along the way. Whether through reading, attending workshops, or seeking new experiences, investing in personal and professional development is crucial. Stay open to new ideas and opportunities for growth.

In summary, resilience, self-awareness, and continuous learning were pivotal in my journey. My advice to others is to prioritize these qualities early on, as they can help navigate challenges, stay true to oneself, and progress towards goals.

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?

I love reading books and right now “The Four Agreements” is a total game-changer! It’s incredible how it highlights the power of our words and the stories we tell ourselves, which often hold us back. The key agreements—don’t take things personally, don’t make assumptions, always do your best, and be impeccable with your word—have been eye-opening for me. They’ve helped me navigate through life with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
