Meet Ashley Rose Klein

We were lucky to catch up with Ashley Rose Klein recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Ashley Rose, so happy to have you on the platform and I think our readers are in for a treat because you’ve got such an interesting story and so much insight and wisdom. So, let’s start with a topic that is relevant to everyone, regardless of industry etc. What do you do for self-care and how has it impacted you?

I focus on using my coaching frameworks the “333 Method” and the B.O.L.D. Shift to ensure that even though I am a bit of a “people pleaser” I am taking care of myself which in turn, takes care of everyone else whose lives I touch!

The 333 method focuses on the three main things that are important for you to achieve self-confidence and balance in life! (three meals per day, three movement sessions per week ideally strength training, but we can always start with less and work up to it, three mindset or motivation, check-in per day to regulate your nervous system system.) some women aren’t ready to do three meals a day so we can start with smaller meals or snacks, some women aren’t ready to start with strength training three times per week so we can start with other kinds of movements point that we are moving regularly! Mindfulness/motivation check-ins can be just breathing deeply from your belly not your chest for a few minutes, stepping away from screens, going for a walk or doing some stretches, praying or getting in your Bible, or journaling for a few examples!

The bold shift goes deeper! It helps you to recognize “auto-pilot” coping habits that you may have carried for several years that are no longer serving you, but they are so ingrained. You can’t seem to stop or pick up new habits that support what you’re trying to do.

B = break the pattern
O = observed without judgment
L = listen deeper (get curious with yourself, become aware)
D = decide with discernment

To break the pattern, you must first become aware and you cannot shame or guilt yourself into change… So you must find a way to get curious with yourself and listen deeper to what your body is saying and asking for and then decide with discernment what actions you will take next!

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I’m Ashley Rose Klein, the founder of Be Bold Fitness Co., a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and the author of Becoming Bold: How I Healed the Chaos in My Body, Mind & Hormones One Broken Piece at a Time (set to release in 2025). My work sits at the intersection of trauma recovery, hormone health, and sustainable lifestyle change—helping women move from survival mode into a place of peace, strength, and energy they can sustain for life.
What makes my work so unique is that I don’t just hand people a workout plan or a food list. I integrate my lived experience with PCOS, infertility, and trauma with proven frameworks like my 333 Method for movement, meals, and motivation, and my signature B.O.L.D. Shift framework for breaking patterns and building resilience. My approach blends science and faith, addressing not only the physical side of hormone health but also the mindset, nervous system, and spiritual side that so many programs miss.
Today, I coach women around the world through digital platforms like Future, in my private community at Be Bold Fitness Co., and through upcoming in-person experiences at my retreat property, Kamp Snoopy. I also speak at events such as PCOS Con 2025 in New York City, where I shared on nervous system regulation, gut health, and hormone balance for women who feel like they’ve tried everything but still don’t feel like themselves.
What excites me most right now is the expansion of my work:
Book launch: Becoming Bold will release alongside a companion workbook in 2025.
Retreats: We’re opening up Be Bold Wildflower Retreats at Kamp Snoopy, combining PCOS-friendly fitness, hormone-balancing nutrition, and faith-based healing in a nature-filled setting.
Collaborations: I’m partnering with other practitioners, like dietitians and holistic nutritionists, to create integrative solutions for women with PCOS, burnout, and gut issues.
Speaking & coaching expansion: I’m stepping into more spaces where women need to hear this message—that they’re not broken, lazy, or too far gone. Their bodies are speaking, and with the right tools, they can heal.
At its core, my brand is about teaching women how to live their “Best Normal”—to find sustainable ways to eat, move, and live that honor their bodies, their stories, and their faith. My mission is to remind women that transformation isn’t about perfection, it’s about becoming bold enough to rewrite your story from the inside out.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Resilience rooted in faith – I’ve been through PCOS, infertility, trauma, and seasons of loss. What’s carried me forward every single time is my ability to lean on God and get back up when life knocked me down. For anyone starting out, resilience isn’t about being tough all the time — it’s about choosing to trust the process, even when it looks messy, and believing that your story isn’t over.
Curiosity over criticism – For years I fought my body, felt broken, and thought I just wasn’t disciplined enough. Everything changed when I got curious instead of critical. I started asking, Why is my body responding this way? What is it trying to tell me? That curiosity led me to uncover root causes like hormone imbalance, stress, and gut health. My advice: stop labeling yourself as lazy or broken. Learn to observe your patterns with compassion and curiosity — it’s the first step in my B.O.L.D. Shift framework for a reason.
Consistency with flexibility – Whether it’s business, fitness, or healing, consistency always wins. But here’s the truth: life rarely goes as planned. Between my own health and my husband’s medical challenges, I had to learn to adapt without giving up. That’s why I created the 333 Method — a simple way to stay consistent with movement, meals, and motivation without an all-or-nothing mindset. My advice: build routines that are simple enough to stick with but flexible enough to bend when life throws curveballs.
For those just starting out, don’t worry about having it all figured out. Start with resilience, get curious about your own patterns, and build consistency one small step at a time. Transformation doesn’t come from perfection — it comes from showing up boldly, over and over again.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?

My ideal client is the woman who looks “put together” on the outside but feels exhausted, frustrated, and disconnected from her body on the inside. She’s usually a high-achiever — often a nurse, caregiver, or professional — who has tried every diet, program, and plan, yet still struggles with bloating, weight that won’t budge, irregular cycles, or that constant sense of burnout.
What makes her ideal isn’t that she has it all figured out — it’s that she’s ready to stop hustling for health and start healing in a way that’s sustainable. She’s open to being coached, she wants to learn why her body feels the way it does, and she’s willing to build habits that fit her real life instead of forcing her into extremes.
I specialize in women who have PCOS or hormone imbalances, but the deeper thread is that she’s tired of quick fixes. She’s craving a coach who can help her bridge the gap between knowing and doing — teaching her how to manage stress, balance blood sugar, move in ways that feel good, and use frameworks like my 333 Method and B.O.L.D. Shift to finally break the patterns holding her back.
At the heart of it, my ideal client is a woman who doesn’t just want to look different — she wants to feel like herself again. That’s who I show up for every single day.
