We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Aundra Williams. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Aundra below.
Aundra, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
My confidence developed as I became rooted in who God created me to be, not who I thought I needed to become to succeed in business.
For a long time, I felt safer showing up through structure, strategy, and branding rather than fully as myself. But as my faith deepened, I began to understand that confidence wasn’t something I had to manufacture—it came from alignment. When I stopped trying to tone myself down or fit into existing business models and instead allowed God to shape my leadership, my self-esteem stabilized.
Launching Audaciously Wild™ required me to trust that my voice, my story, and my way of building were not liabilities, but part of the assignment. The more I honored that—through obedience, consistency, and stewarding what I was given—the more confidence followed.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
Im Aundra Williams — I’m a visionary, business strategist, and minister, and I’m the founder of Audaciously Wild™, a Christian business and events network created for Christian women entrepreneurs to connect, learn, and grow. Through education, mentorship, resources, tools, and live experiences, Audaciously Wild™ equips women to start, grow, and scale their businesses to six figures while remaining aligned with their faith.
My journey began in 2016 with very humble beginnings—a $14 sale from my first digital product, a piece of fabric from a craft store, and a blank sheet of paper where I sketched the vision God placed in my heart. During that season, I wrote a sentence that became a personal anchor: “If no one believes in me, I believe in myself.” That declaration carried me through years of identity work, healing, and learning how to lead both spiritually and professionally.
Over time, what started as obedience grew into tangible results. A blog I launched in faith became my first five-figure income stream and eventually led to generating over 6 figures and $587,000 in client revenue. More importantly, it clarified my calling in the marketplace—to help women steward their gifts, build aligned businesses, and lead without shrinking or separating faith from strategy.
Today, my focus is on expanding the Audaciously Wild™ Network and the Audaciously Wild™ Conference. The network provides Christian women entrepreneurs with business strategy, leadership development, and community rooted in identity and faith. The conference brings that mission to life in person, gathering women who are ready to allow God to use their story, expertise, and even their challenges for Kingdom impact.
What excites me most is watching women stop compartmentalizing who they are and begin building from wholeness. My journey hasn’t been about chasing success—it’s been about alignment, stewardship, and becoming boldly yourself in the marketplace.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back, three things were most impactful in my journey: self-trust, strategic skill-building, and anchoring my faith in Jesus.
First, self-trust. Learning to trust my voice, my decisions, and my ability to figure things out changed everything. Early on, I relied too heavily on external validation, which slowed my growth. Confidence developed as I followed through on commitments to myself and allowed action to build belief.
Advice: Start small and keep promises to yourself. Consistency builds momentum and confidence over time.
Second, strategic skill-building. I had to develop practical business skills, including marketing, positioning, systems, and revenue generation. These skills gave structure to the vision and allowed it to grow sustainably.
Advice: Treat skill development as stewardship. Focus on learning the fundamentals and apply what you learn immediately instead of waiting until you feel fully prepared.
Third, anchoring my faith in Jesus. Staying anchored in faith helped me navigate uncertainty, rejection, and seasons of growth without losing myself. Alignment prevented me from building something successful but unsustainable for my life and values.
Advice: Define your values early and let them guide your decisions. Growth is healthier and more sustainable when your business supports who you are, not who you are pretending to be.
Together, self-trust, skill, and alignment formed the foundation that allowed my business to grow with both impact and integrity.
How would you describe your ideal client?
The ideal woman for the Audaciously Wild™ Network and Conference is a Christian entrepreneur who feels called to build something meaningful in the marketplace and knows her business is connected to purpose, not just profit.
She is early to mid-stage in her journey, whether she is starting from scratch or working to grow and stabilize consistent revenue. She is teachable, committed to personal and spiritual growth, and willing to do the work required to build with integrity. She values faith, identity, and strategy and does not want to separate who she is from how she leads.
She is not looking for shortcuts or hype. She wants clarity, structure, and mentorship, along with community that understands both the spiritual and practical realities of entrepreneurship. She is ready to take responsibility for her growth, apply what she learns, and build in alignment with her values.
At the core, the ideal client is a woman who is ready to show up fully, steward her gifts well, and grow a business that reflects both excellence and obedience.
