We are all self-starters, driven by hard work, time management, and intrinsic motivation- especially when it comes to [be realgoods to your body]. More than just a brand, it’s a passion-fueled labor of love, rooted in authenticity, wellness, and community.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

What excites us most is building a community around [be realgoods to your body]. It’s more than just sharing our protein bars- it’s about sharing our values, dedication, and a deep commitment to wellness. We love connecting with people from all walks of life, from athletes to kids, pregnant women, and everyone in between, creating a space where the health of the mind, body, and soul brings us together.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, the one quality that has truly made a difference in our journey so far is perseverance. We’re still at the beginning of our journey, but what really stands out is having partners who are just as dedicated to our brand’s success. It’s this shared commitment that helps us push through the inevitable challenges we face. For anyone starting out, our biggest piece of advice is to embrace perseverance and view challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. Surround yourself with people who believe in your vision and values; their support can be invaluable. Remember, setbacks are part of the journey, and they often lead to unexpected growth.

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?

When we feel overwhelmed, we each have our own ways of coping. Some of us lean into running and exercise, while some of us find comfort in meditation, breathing exercises, or getting lost in a good book. Different situations call for different strategies. The most important thing is to figure out what works for you. It’s so helpful to have a few go-to methods to help when you need a reset, so the feeling of being overwhelmed does not consume you.
