Meet Autumn Noel

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Autumn Noel. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Autumn, so great to have you with us and thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with the community. So, let’s jump into something that stops so many people from going after their dreams – haters, nay-sayers, etc. We’d love to hear about how you dealt with that and persisted on your path.

I have gotten numerous amounts of hate. Even death threats but I genuinely love what I do. I love acting. More than anything. Everytime I think about quitting I ask myself what I would do instead? I ask myself why these opinions of people online even matter to me? It’s an on going battle

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

My name is Autumn Noel. I moved to Los Angeles at the age of 19. It was intimidating to make the move so young. When I got to LA it felt like I was so inexperienced. Then 5 months later I booked my first lifetime feature. Things started going uphill from there. I sing as well but that part of me is a little more hidden. I hope to change that within the next year or two. As of right now I do a lot of vertical films. I did my first one in 2023 and haven’t stopped since.
In the future I have plans to direct and produce my own projects. I want to make horror and dramas specifically. I’ve started writing a few this year so hopefully soon I can bring those to life

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Some of the best advice that has been given to me is “don’t overthink it, just do it”
I spend an eternity it feels like overthinking every aspect of my work and my personal life. The more relaxed I am the better I do or the better my projects turn out.
My advice is to just love what you do and don’t overthink it

How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?

I would spend it traveling and creating different projects. Going all over the world and writing about real life stories and situations I’ve seen.
