Meet Ava Milva

We were lucky to catch up with Ava Milva recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Ava , appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
I get my resilience from having been through things that could have crushed me completely but somehow making it through and growing from these experiences. Life is all about lessons and most of the time these happen through challenges as that’s what makes us stronger.

My purpose to bring more light and healing to the world is what has been my north node during these times and trusting everything always works out for our highest good whether we know it in the moment or not. Also, my spiritual practice has been so crucial for me for support during the tough times. I really feel it would have been a lot harder going through the obstacles without these tools.

I always use my intuition, especially when things aren’t going the way I had expected and that really gives me clarity and wisdom on why things unfold the way they do. It helps me see the big picture from the perspective of my higher self rather than my human self. Things always make way more sense when we loo at them from the soul’s perspective. I feel super grateful to have access to my gifts and to be able to use them to navigate through the challenges.

One thing is for sure, after every obstacle comes a beautiful blessing due to the polarity of life so that awareness helps me tremendously during trying times.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
Etherica was formed about 4 years ago after years of studying and spiritual practices that I experienced that completely transformed my life from trauma to dharma. I felt a soul pull to help others by sharing what I have been learning and practicing and also making that my soul led career path. I didn’t know how it would all come together when it started but the mission was very clear- empower, heal, help and elevate as many people as possible.

And so the journey began with creation of massive sound healing journeys that also incorporate visuals and energy healing as well as breathwork and live music. These are still something that we create on a regular basis and are expanding to share this work to more and venues as well as outdoor spaces because the beauty of this work is that it can touch anyone and really shift your energy and well being in just 90 minutes.

Then I started doing trainings for sound healing and energy healing because I felt these teachings are so powerful I’d love to empower others on how to work with these modalities and build healing businesses of their own.

And of course the one on one client work became a vital part of my work as I love to help certain individuals reach their goals faster and expand beyond what they would do on their own, as well as help heal anything on a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level.

Also, one on one mentorship for certain people so they can quickly accelerate their spiritual gifts is really exciting and fulfilling for me to offer.

We also create one day retreats in LA for women as well as longer ones in other locations for a deeper healing experience.

Most recently we have added a beautiful jewelry collection to our merch selection that currently consists of gorgeous crystal, stone and gold bracelets that I bless with positive energy and intentions and these have been selling out at the events, which is inspiring me to add more styles and expand our conscious jewelry collection.

Also, having an incredible team of healers, musicians and helpers has been a blessing as the Etherica community has grown and a lot of my students join me at our events and share their gifts as well. So it makes the work even more fulfilling when you have soul family to join you in your purpose.

And recently I started a podcast called the Wild Feminine Podcast which is all about empowering women to live their most authentic and thriving lives as well as sharing women’s stories- available to listen on all platforms.

Making conscious music is something I love to do in my free time and I recently released a truly amazing sound healing album that people can listen to for relaxation and meditation. Available on all platforms along with some of my otherr original songs= all about raising the vibration through conscious music.

Can’t wait for all that is still to come on this journey of having a conscious and healing business and that also happens to be my soul mission plus creating high vibe music and healing conscious products.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The three most important qualities on this journey are intuition, consistency and knowing your worth.

Intuition is super important because it saves you so much time and energy when you know the right step for you and follow it instead of only using your logical mind. When you have a soul led business sometimes your intuition guides you to do things that don’t make sense to the logical mind. That’s why it is a superpower to hone in so you can become friends with your own intuition. That is one of the first things I empower and teach my students and clients to learn.

Consistency is also incredibly important for success in any area because that is what truly allows whatever you are doing to grow and expand. I always believe in showing up and taking the right inspired actions no matter how big or small and not allowing temporary setbacks to derail you from your vision and your path, With that focus anything is possible and your business and vocation will grow no matter what. That has helped me in times of doubt tremendously because I just shift my mindset to taking another inspired action towards my dreams instead of allowing any fears to creep in.

Finally the third quality that I think is really key is knowing your worth and acting accordingly. Because if you aren’t rooted to the value you are providing to others how are you going to expect that others will value you? This is an inside out world so I firmly believe that if you know how valuable and powerful your offerings are then so will other people and you are able to align with soul connection clients much easier. I also am a firm believer of not giving away your services for free as that will ultimately result in others not valuing them either so your work will not have the same impact as it otherwise would. People value what they invest in and then they are much more likely to follow your guidance and have the desired results. So definitely don’t be shy when establishing your rates even when you are first starting out.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Yes, I believe that together we are stronger so would love to collaborate with anyone that has cool venues that we can create events in, Also, hotels that would like to add a healing and relaxing experience for their guests as well as corporations looking to bring in wellness and mindfulness for their employees and/ or clients.

In addition, would love to connect with event producers, retreat facilitators etc. that would like to add the Etherica experience as a part of their event.
