We were lucky to catch up with Avery Haynes recently and have shared our conversation below.

Avery , we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

I find purpose in the people I love — my family, my friends, and the values I was raised with. My upbringing taught me to stay grateful, and that gratitude pushes me to keep striving for more. I’ve been given opportunities that many people may never have, and it would be naïve of me not to make the most of them. We only get one life, and I want to live mine with intention and purpose.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I’m the owner and operator of two ventures — Itz Eazy Clothing and Itz Eazy Marketing. What I love most about both is the industries they’re in — they’re constantly evolving, full of creativity, and full of opportunity.

With Itz Eazy Marketing, I get to help brands grow in the ever-changing digital landscape, especially with the rise of new technologies and AI advancements. On the other side, Itz Eazy Clothing allows me to express creativity in a completely different way — through design, storytelling, and culture. Social media has changed how people connect with brands, and I’m excited to be part of that shift.

Our first clothing drop just wrapped up, and we’re getting ready to launch Drop 2 in late November to early December. As for Itz Eazy Marketing, we’re currently offering an SEO Audit Special that provides a full breakdown and performance report of your website — perfect for businesses looking to strengthen their online presence.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Patience, confidence, and consistency are the three values that have become most important in my life. Without all three, it’s almost impossible to reach your goals. Those are also the same principles I’d share with anyone who’s early in their journey — trust the process, believe in yourself, and stay consistent no matter what.

As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?

A book that recently changed my perspective is As a Man Thinketh by James Allen. I highly recommend it to any young man working to make a name for himself. It’s a powerful read that teaches the principles needed to shift your mindset and truly take control of your life.
