Meet Avni Parekh

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Avni Parekh a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Avni, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

While some individuals may naturally possess higher levels of confidence and self-esteem, like myself, it’s important to recognize that these qualities can be cultivated through intentional practice. By embodying the principle of being the bigger person, you can develop the leadership skills and resilience necessary to overcome challenges. This approach has been instrumental in my own personal growth, and it’s a core message I convey through my books, productivity tools, and activewear.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

As an award-winning author, I’ve dedicated my writing career to empowering Generations Y and Z on their quest for self-discovery and success. My self-help books and inspirational tools are designed to be more than just words on a page; they’re practical guides that ignite the spark within. My first book, “Be The Bigger Person,” blends unbiased wisdom with emotional resonance. It’s not just a guidebook; it’s a movement, and the foundation of my teachings.

Through my collection of four motivational books, I’ve crafted a bridge between genuine advice and heartfelt encouragement, empowering readers to overcome life’s hurdles and reach for the stars. Beyond my written works, I’ve curated a collection of productivity tools designed to equip young people with the tools they need to conquer their goals.

In fact, I’m thrilled to announce the launch of my newest product line. I’ve spent countless hours crafting these tools, from thoughtfully designed journals to innovative notepads and everything in between. My offerings are more than just stationery; they’re stepping stones toward self-actualization and instruments to help you achieve your goals, reach new heights, and transform your dreams into reality.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Reminiscing about my journey, three qualities have played a role in my success: a relentless thirst for knowledge, the ability to roll with the punches, and ironclad discipline. If you’re looking to develop these traits, I recommend starting each day by mapping out your mission. Write down your to-do list and make it your goal to conquer every task. And remember, self-improvement is a marathon, not a sprint. Use a daily planner to stay organized, be flexible when life throws curveballs, and always keep your curiosity alive.

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?

That’s a fantastic question, and it’s right up my alley. Overwhelm is a common struggle, and that’s exactly why I created these tools. My journals, notebooks, and productivity notepads are designed to help you manage daily tasks, declutter your mind, and find a therapeutic release through creativity. Whether you’re journaling, scrapbooking, creating collages, doodling, or simply taking notes, these activities can help you process emotions, reduce stress, and ultimately feel more in control.
