Meet B Ah Leader

We recently connected with B Ah Leader and have shared our conversation below.

B Ah, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

I really built my confidence from my parents instilling in me (from a young age), that i can be or do anything i put my mind to. I also believed that if i can see it in my head that it is achievable! So anything i do i do to the best of my abilities and them some. Music is my passion, my job , my oxygen, i live it and won’t stop until i master my craft.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

Well my name is B Ah Leader I’m 1/3 of a rap group called The ADZ (Always Dominant Zone). Currently I’m working on an Ep called “Darwin’s Theory” which will consist of songs featured by myself and group members (Darkim & KV). Some production by in-house producers such as Sounds by Santi and WazziBeats released early 2025. This project is special to me because I’ve created a song of uptempo music explaining my life experience of gradually changing. Changing in the sense of growth and evolving as an individual and artist.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

I’d say for sure learning myself was thee biggest challenge i had to over come. Going through depression and just life in general sometimes can force us to grow faster than others at times and that really made me a better person. Another one was understanding that not everyone that started the journey will be beside you when it ends. That one was extremely hard to grasp at first but i realized that for any relationship to work (friendships, family , and love interest), it has to be worked on by both sides, lastly i learned the power of the tongue. What you believe and see for yourself speak it into existence and truly believe that you can do it and it shall be.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

Ahh man I’d love to collaborate with plenty of artist such as ; Kid cudi (my favorite artist) , Jay-Z (my favorite rapper) , Rapsody , J cole , Kendrick Lamar , etc. I have such a love for hiphop that I’d love to just sit around them and pick their brains. If they’d want to collaborate wit me they can find me on instagram @Riichfulthinking
