Baleiba, so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.

Keeping my creativity alive is something I am continuously doing. My creativity is kept alive by practicing self care, rather that’s exploring a new hobby, moving my body, enjoying my solitude with a new face mask, or simply staying offline. I didn’t always take my creativity seriously but once I figured out it’s what keeps my fire burning I changed that, now it’s a non negotiable for myself. I set time apart for my self to create and how that looks will be different every time. I romanticize my life to keep my creativity alive.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I’m a lifestyle creator with a focus on fashion, beauty, and wellness. The most exciting part about being a creator is inspiring others to live the life they have always dreamed of. I enjoy sharing my opinion on topics that I am interested in to spark a conversation for others to express themselves.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Being audacious, determined, and courageous are skills that impacted my journey and still do. Those three skills have been with me from the beginning and continue to help me. Honing in on skills that come naturally to you is a good start to understand what you can improve on. I think if you start where you are most knowledgable the journey won’t seem so intimidating as a whole.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

Yes, I am always looking for opportunities that align with my brand! I am looking for brands or other creatives that are interested in a collaboration such as fashion, beauty, wellness, and entrepreneurship.
