We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Banswomb. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Banswomb below.
Hi Banswomb, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
Finding our purpose required exploration. We delve into various genres, experiment with different sounds and we’re sharpening our skills. Through the process we’ve found deep connection and passion for creating things that resonate with our souls and that touch others.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
We’re a dynamic and vibrant young band that hails from the heart of Harlem, bringing a fresh wave of musical energy to the Tri-state area and beyond. Born out of a collective love for music, each member of the band is driven by a deep passion and a unique, eclectic taste, which blends together to shape our distinctive sound. With an undeniable chemistry and a shared vision, we’re on a mission to captivate audiences with our innovative and soul-stirring music. Drawing inspiration from diverse genres and musical influences, we fearlessly experiment, creating new frequencies that resonate with listeners on a profound level.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Musicianship and how it’s important to understand it’s value. Your skills and knowledge are required to excel in the business of music. Building relationships and collaborating with not only fellow musicians but people in general. Building a supportive network will greatly enhance the musical journey.
Prioritizing goals and staying focused to achieve success. Setting clear objectives and making aspirations a reality.
How can folks who want to work with you connect?
Theres a long list of names we would like to collaborate with, but a few options would be Mndsgn, Kiefer, Yussef Dayes, Esperanza Spalding, Lionmilk, Thundercat, and Elijah Fox, MONO, Gator Cases, Knxwledge, and Korg
