Meet Bell Caspi

We recently connected with Bell Caspi and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Bell, so happy to have you with us today and there is so much we want to ask you about. So many of us go through similar pain points throughout our journeys and so hearing about how others developed certain skills or qualities that we are struggling with can be helpful. Along those lines, we’d love to hear from you about how you developed your ability to take risk?

I didn’t develop it because I’m fearless — I developed it because I had to. At some point, staying where I was felt more dangerous than stepping into the unknown.

When I left behind a familiar life to move countries and rebuild from scratch to chase a creative path, I had no guarantees. No safety net or resources. Just a passion, and the need to create something real on my own terms. That was my first big risk — and it hasn’t stopped since.
I’ve invested without knowing the return, said yes to things that scared me, and pushed myself out of my comfort zone daily. Each risk showed me what I’m capable of. Instead of “what if it doesn’t work?” I started asking, “what if it does?” And even if it didn’t, I still walked away with something; experience, growth, insight.

My time in the army really shaped that mindset too—teaching me resilience, how to adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure, and maintain the discipline to keep going even when the outcome is unclear or uncertain. I carry that into everything I do.

I’ve doubted myself at times, but I always come back to what I’ve already overcome— the sacrifices, the rejections, the long nights, the times I kept showing up when no one was watching. That’s my proof.

Risk-taking is part of my DNA now, It’s how I move forward — and everything I’m proud of started with a risk.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I’m a multidisciplinary artist with a focus on music photography, videography, and music production.

Right now, I’m mainly focused on music photography — capturing artists, live shows, and the raw energy behind the music.

I’m also working on a new service in London — magnet photography for events. It’s still in the works, but I’m excited about the idea of giving guests a unique, instant photo keepsake. I’m hoping to launch it soon and see where it takes me.

On the side, I’m working on my first EP, which has been a long time coming. It’s been a personal and emotional process, but it feels great to finally be creating music again.

And along with my business partner, we’re building a new media production company called 2StepFlow Media. We’re focusing on creative content. We got our studios in Wood Green. It’s been an exciting start, and we’re looking forward to what’s next.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The first one is resilience. Things won’t always go to plan. There have been plenty of rejections, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty, But what’s helped me most is learning how to keep going anyway. The truth is, you’re never going to feel completely confident or ready. The key is to just keep showing up, even when it feels tough.

Second, I’d say resourcefulness. When I started out, I had very little to work with, But I learned to make the most of what I had, and I think that’s a huge part of building anything. Being resourceful teaches you to think creatively and out the box in ways you wouldn’t expect.

Lastly, self-trust is something I’ve had to build over time, and it’s one of the most important things I’ve learned. When you’re forging your own path, you have to trust your gut and your process, even when you don’t have all the answers. My advice? Start by creating for yourself. If you can back your own vision before anyone else does, you’re already on the right track.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

I’m always open to new collaborations, especially with people who share a passion for creative storytelling and art. I’m looking to collaborate with other artists, videographers, musicians, and producers who want to create impactful content. If you’re interested in working together, feel free to reach out via my website or Instagram!
