Meet Bell Caspi

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Bell Caspi. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Bell, so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.

Honestly, I just try to keep reinventing myself, I’m always coming up with new ideas, passion projects, or little business ventures and entrepreneurial paths that keep me excited. I think it’s about constantly evolving — finding new ways to grow as an artist and pushing my skills to a higher level. I don’t ever want to get too comfortable creatively.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I’m still very much focused on music-related content, but lately I’ve been getting more into music videos and directing, bringing stories to life in motion. I’m also diving deeper into the production side of things, and eventually I’d love to take that same energy into film and TV. For me, it’s all about finding new ways to tell stories while keeping the visuals fresh and authentic.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Build a strong network – Surround yourself with like-minded people who inspire you and push you to grow. Having a supportive circle makes a huge difference in the creative industry.
Adaptability – Things don’t always go your way, especially in the creative world. Learning to adjust, stay flexible, and keep going has been key to success.
Hunger and assertiveness – Being motivated and confident enough to pursue opportunities and make things happen has shaped my journey. Don’t wait for things to come to you — go after them.

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?

it’s probably a cliché to say, but this book, “The Alchemist”, really stuck with me. It reminds you that everything starts from you; your mindset, your choices, and the effort you put in. And once you commit to that, the idea that “the universe conspires to help you” really hits home. It encouraged me to trust the process, take risks, and stay open to opportunities, even when the path isn’t clear.
