Stay grounded in your purpose always remind yourself why your doing what your doing. When your why is strong enough, outside opinions lose their power over you Reconnect with your deeper motivations.
Also separate criticism from your self worth understand that negative feedback says more about the person offering it than it does you. Criticism can be valuable if it’s constructive, but often, it’s simply a reflection of someone else’s fears , insecurities, or misunderstandings.

I am the owner of Beauty Wellness Studios and Pretty Essentials I provide massage and facial services as well as natural products. If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Customer service/communication
Whether it’s hairstyling,Makeup application, skincare, or other beauty services having a solid technical foundation is essential.
Creativity allows you to tailor your services to your clients.
Product knowledge & Health and Safety Awareness. A beauty professional must have in depth knowledge of the products they use.
Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?
My mom she has instilled kindness in me and always shown me that thriving amongst the haters will benefit me and that staying true and honest to myself is what will take me to new heights I love her for also showing me how to be a mother cause that’s what I am first amongst it all and I will always hold her teachings close to my heart.
