Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Belle Bromfield . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Belle , thank you so much for joining us and offering your lessons and wisdom for our readers. One of the things we most admire about you is your generosity and so we’d love if you could talk to us about where you think your generosity comes from.

My generosity comes from my mom. My mom would say her generosity comes
from her mom. So technically its been passdd down from generation to generation. I have been Blessed to raised by a woman and surrounded by that not are only generous but are also selfess. One thing I have learned about generosity is that it rooted in compassion. It is in fact in scripture that Jesus commands is to love and to be compassionate. Most times people only talk about love , but not so much kindness and compassion. Generosity is love wrapped in compassion.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I am not a fan of talkimg about myself which is why the work that I has everything to do with bringinh visibility to artists in the entertainment industry.

As a Vision Strategist, I have been responsible for the overall business, strategy growth and development of Bromfield Entertainment Group since its inception in 2011. I find so much fulfillment also when lending her expertise to develop new businesses, entrepreneurs and visionaries.

As a Talent Manager & Producer I have a remarkable clientèle, some of which have impressive resumes. I have several projects in development with a strong track record for female-led content specifically for women colour to portray characters as thier counterparrts portrat in sories as Eat Pray Love.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

I call it the the 3Ps you need to have for the journey; and they Purpose, Passion &Persistence. The journey of life isn’t easy for anyone, but the journey of an entrepreneur isn’t for the faint of heart. When one decided to pursue a career in entertainment whether in front or behind the camera it now imperative they think not off overnight success or being famous but longevity, The definition of longevity is that of ‘longer existence or service. ‘ The path to creating longevity in the business is operate in purpose, execute with passion and always be persistent with the attitude that giving up isnt an option.
My 6th grade teacher in Jamaica wrote on my report card that I was persistent. i remember my 10 yr old self self asking ,’what does persistent mean? ‘ I think it’s fair to say that I have always been persistent. However it was purpose that I had to spend more time figuring out my purpose. I can’t say I have the formula for it but what I will say is that’ when you are operating i your purpose, your pursue it with a passion at 💯. Passion fuels Purpose anchored in persistence which allows you to not give up. I keep alluding to not giving up because just as the journey of life isn’t always easy so is the pursuit of purpose filled with passion. The Entertainment industry just as life has its fair share of ebs and flows. God is my ultimate foundation and through prayers He reminds of of my purpose, refuels my passions and strengthens my persistence. I also surround myself with an inner circle, as small as it may be of people that believe in me and supports me beyond 100.

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?

I’m in the first three years I was revamping and restructuring the business because something wasn’t working and I know that I couldn’t be stuck in that now I got to point where it was working and for a few years I didn’t have to do that foundation I had built I was able to just work from that and continue to build and elevate from there. However this year I found myself restructuring not necessarily by choice but out of necessity. In addition to another looming strike which caused it be a slow time in the industry, this has also been a year for me of squeezing and stretching me due to a few professional heartbreaks and they stunned me for a bit .I really had to gather myself. I remember crying the entire month of May. However, , First day of June I spent time in prayer and God me almost like a refreshing of new faith to keep moving forward. I felt the shift in my spirit because I knew I couldn’t stay stuck in feeling defeated. One of things I had to remind myself with that when we God is to squeezing and it’s uncomfortable, it’s because Growth is happening and elevation is near. As of July that’ is exactly where we are right now as a company, just like that we have Grown, and the growth will elevate us.
