Meet Beth Bando

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Beth Bando. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Beth, we are so happy that our community is going to have a chance to learn more about you, your story and hopefully even take in some of the lessons you’ve learned along the way. Let’s start with self-care – what do you do for self-care and has it had any impact on your effectiveness?

I remember when I first learned about self-care. I was in my 20’s, I think, and felt deeply empowered and inspired realizing that self-care is something I could do for myself. It was not reliant on others, their beliefs, willingness or schedules. I could do it. I could do it for me.

I became devoted to it then and continue to this day. My self-care tools range from EFT Tapping to Reiki, and include nature, acupuncture, homeopathy and healthy meals. I also get regular chiropractic adjustments and mini-massages. Oh yeah, and breath and breathing—something we can all do, even as we are reading this.

I cannot thrive without it. It nurtures my body, heart, mind and spirit. In it, inspiration for next steps is born.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

My new book is soon to be released! More info is below. Let me start with this overview.

I create unique and interdisciplinary offerings to uplift the heart, nourish the spirit, rekindle earth connection and promote wholeness. These are offered in writings, books, digital eco-art creations and seminars.

My work sits at the intersection of human potential, cultural healing and transformation. Inspired by ancient philosophies, it is informed by the concept that we humans have been living in the Story of Separation and it is time to move into the Story of Connection.

We are shifting from one Era in Earth’s history to another. Lots of folks are feeling this and wish to consciously participate. I create pathways for this process.

-The best way to receive ongoing nuggets of wisdom is to join my mailing list.
Plus, you will receive a unique, complimentary contemplation/meditation called “Whale Teaches Rainbow Heart Breath.” Doesn’t that sound interesting? More info is on my website. Find the link at https://bethbando.com/.

-Eco-art Digital Creations
I create shorts and performance pieces which can be found on my youtube channel. The most recent is a feel good short called Happy Water Flowing. https://www.youtube.com/@bethbando2025

-Seminar/Quests
Examples of my seminars can also be found on my website. Due to the unique nature of The Wisdom Wheel, one of the modalities I use, I offer ongoing complimentary sessions for folks to experience its profound nature and the uncanny clarity, direction, confirmation and guidance revealed from it.

Here are two upcoming complimentary sessions:
• The Wisdom Wheel: The Language of the Earth
Complimentary introductory session to experience the amazing and profound confirmation, clarity and direction held in the Wisdom Wheel. (Next on Nov 11)
• The Wisdom Wheel & the New Year
A two-hour complimentary seminar offered on January 12. Earth Wisdom to inspire and guide the new year.

My soon to be launched new book:

Dare 2B Fair: Embracing the Power in Words (Working Title)

A 33-step process for folks who wish to make the world a better place through the everyday words we speak. It’s as profound as it is easy and fun.

The book is going through a final overhaul in title, design and formatting before being launched on Amazon.

-Invitation to my Author Street Team.
What is a Street Team? A group of people who want to be updated on the journey of publishing the book, who may wish to write a review, and will share the good news when it’s launched. I will send email reports of the process.

AND–

I will send you a copy of the book in its current form. (This offer is good within the US and while supplies of the current book in print last.)

-Dare 2B Fair has been described as:
An antidote to toxicity; a pathway for leaders of today and tomorrow; an easy & fun process to build a more peaceful world. It is a bilingual English/Spanish publication. Please participate with me! [email protected].

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

From theatre, I learned communication skills, presence and the power of story.

Add to the mix, a love of the earth; an ancient philosophy of receiving wisdom from her; and a passion for personal, artistic and spiritual growth.

My advice? Start with your gifts and your passion. Then refine and hone your skills. Reach out to others who will assist your growth. Listen to your instincts and intuitions, too. Just keep on keeping on. It is the intentional, sometimes challenging and sometimes magical, unfolding of a purposeful life.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

My learnings this year are all related to the risk of preparing and polishing my second book to go out into the world. Continued inner knowing is the reward for having a goal and following through on it.

Our purpose is always calling us, in the form of what inspires and what challenges us. As we take smart and healthy risks to fulfill our potential, the learnings will come up. Big time.

We get to claim who we are and the gifts we have been given. I find ongoing personal learnings in this one!

Stay present. Participate in the learnings. Have your inner and outer support systems. Find your wisdom sources. Perhaps I can assist as we all move forward. It would be my honor.
