We were lucky to catch up with Beverly Wyche Reid recently and have shared our conversation below.
Beverly, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

A Journey Rooted in Service and Sophistication
After 23 years of honorable military service and a 20-year career in federal human resources, I know what it means to balance work, family, and personal milestones. Throughout my career, I’ve managed teams, streamlined processes, and ensured seamless execution in high-pressure environments. These skills—attention to detail, precision, and strategic planning—naturally carried over into my passion for event design.
Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

This experience ignited a passion for creating memorable events that would leave a lasting impression.
From Service to Service

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
They believe in living life to the fullest—cherishing every milestone, celebrating love, and embracing elegance in all they do. Develop a keen eye for detail, we craft one-of-a-kind experiences that showcase your unique love stories, milestones and celebrations. No detail is overlooked when it comes to our clients.
Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
My ideal clients want to be appreciated, trust my creativity and my attentiveness to allow them to feel the entire planning process will be seamless and stress-free. Clients who provide me with a vision and trust me to create the vision and provide lasting memories.
