Meet Bianca Meza

We were lucky to catch up with Bianca Meza recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Bianca, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
I would have to say, from my father. He has always been the hardest worker I’ve ever known. He taught me, if you want something in life, you have to work for it.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I am a nurse practitioner that specializes in Aesthetic treatments. I’ve been in this field for 13 years and what excites me the most about what I do, is being able to help people feel more confident in their own skin. I’ve had the opportunity to create my brand in the past year and continue to grow. I’m well known for my years of experience and creating natural, long-lasting results for my patients.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
My resilience that has helped me continually grow without giving up. My determination to achieve continued education.
My strong attention to detail and in-depth knowledge in my career field.

So many people want to get into the competitive evolving aesthetic field. I would recommend never giving up and always be willing to learn more. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable because that is where growth happens.

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?
Take a moment to reel yourself back in. Come up with a strategic plan on how to accomplish what is overwhelming by breaking it down into steps. That way, you take a step-by-step approach to get the tasks completed without the sense of being overwhelmed.
