Meet Bianca Salerno

We recently connected with Bianca Salerno and have shared our conversation below.

Bianca, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?

My resilience comes from a burning desire not to let traumatic and challenging experiences define or diminish me. I have always been driven to succeed in the face of adversity, combining life’s toughest moments with a willingness to transform them through intentional practices and self-discipline.

I’ve faced profound challenges—growing up in an unhealthy environment, succeeding in a cutthroat industry, experiencing a health scare, and navigating personal rock bottoms. I am unafraid to rebuild from the ground up—over and over and over again. These moments taught me the power of self-reflection, discipline, and faith in my ability to create change.

I also draw strength from my daily practices—Kundalini breath-work, yoga/pilates, meditation, and nourishing my body—which keep me grounded and energized. These rituals help me stay adaptable and recover quickly when life feels overwhelming.

Lastly, I find resilience in my mission to inspire others. Knowing that I can transform adversity into wisdom for myself and my community reminds me that resilience is not just about survival; it’s about creating a life of purpose, beauty, and meaning—even from life’s hardest lessons.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

About Me and My Work –
I am the Founder of a holistic wellness brand focused on empowering individuals through Kundalini breath-work, yoga, holistic health and self-development practices. My journey began after facing significant challenges throughout my own life and the decision to leave a high-stress corporate career in luxury fashion. These experiences inspired me to create a space where others could access transformative tools for healing and self-growth.

What excites me most about my work is its ability to help people reconnect with their true selves. Breath-work and Kundalini practices are profound because they allow you to release limiting beliefs, regulate your nervous system, and tap into your inner power—all without external tools or distractions. The transformation I see in my clients, from overwhelmed to aligned and energized, is what makes this work so special.

What’s New –
Currently, I’m focused on expanding my offerings. I’ve just launched the 1:1 high-touch 12-week coaching program, BBB Mentorship Program, a space where individuals can achieve excellence through breath-work, bravery, and being (self-discovery). I have also developed a 1:1 Kundalini Breath-work Yoga session for leaders, which aims to support executives and high achievers in unlocking peak performance while embracing holistic well-being.

In addition to these programs, I’m in the midst of a four-month journey through Asia. This adventure will influence my future teachings as I explore new cultures and deepen my own practices.

Ultimately, my goal is to create a ripple effect—helping people transform their lives so they, in turn, inspire others. Whether it’s through group classes, mentorship, or storytelling, I want to empower others to live with courage, intention, and purpose.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, the three qualities and skills that have been most impactful in my journey are self-discipline, emotional intelligence, and a willingness to self-analyze.

Self-Discipline: The ability to show up for myself, even when it’s difficult, has been crucial in building resilience and consistency. Whether it’s sticking to a breath-work practice or carving out time for personal reflection and self development practices, self-discipline has allowed me to grow beyond my initial struggles. My advice to those early in their journey is to create small, daily practices that keep you accountable. Start simple, but make it non-negotiable, and over time you’ll see profound shifts.

Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing my emotions has been transformative in both my personal life and professional career. As I’ve navigated my own healing process, emotional intelligence has enabled me to stay grounded during challenging times and connect with others in a meaningful way. For anyone starting out, I recommend building awareness around your emotions and practicing mindfulness. Being able to identify, process, and regulate your emotions can change the course of your journey.

Willingness to Self-Analyze: Being open to self-reflection and continuous self-analysis has been essential for my growth. By radically and honestly examining my actions, beliefs, and patterns, I’ve been able to make informed choices and shift what no longer serves me. My advice to those beginning their journey is to stay curious about themselves. Embrace the discomfort of self-analysis because it’s through that honesty that true transformation can happen.

How would you describe your ideal client?

My ideal client is someone who is ready to take ownership of their personal growth and is open to transformation. They are typically high achievers—executives, entrepreneurs, or individuals who have reached a certain level of success but feel there’s something missing or are seeking deeper alignment with their true selves.

The ideal client for me is open-minded, curious, and committed to doing the inner work. They may be facing challenges in balancing their professional success with personal well-being and are looking for a holistic approach to unlock their peak performance.

What stands out is their willingness to dive into the mental, emotional and physical aspects of transformation. They are not afraid to challenge their own patterns, embrace vulnerability, and explore new practices, like Kundalini breath-work, that may push them out of their comfort zone. They understand that true success isn’t just about external accomplishments—it’s about a deeper sense of fulfillment, alignment, and authenticity.

They come to me seeking clarity, deeper self-awareness, and tools to create lasting change in both their professional and personal lives. If they are willing to show up consistently and embrace the journey, they are a perfect fit for my mentorship programs.
