Bill, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?

I feel like I got my resilience from my wife. I did not grow up with love or support. So to find a partner m, that showed me what resilience looks like taught me how to persevere.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I’m focused on how I can turn my business into a thriving one digitally. The hard part is done, with my videos going viral

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The studying on 3d printers and how the waste it leaves behind doesn’t get used again so I wanted to use it. The advice I could give others would be to find what you can contribute in our world and try to teach.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

My bond with my children and the tremendous growth my social media has taken
