We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Bob Jacobs. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Bob below.
Hi Bob, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
After experiencing depression and being suicidal I begin to have HOPE. The purpose is to inspire and uplift others, to bring positivity and optimism to a conversation or situation, to provide reassurance and encouragement during challenging times, and to remind people of the possibility for better outcomes and power of belief and perseverance. Words of HOPE can spark motivation, instill faith, and foster resilience in those who may be feeling discouraged and hopeless. Sharing messages of HOPE can also create a sense of connection and community, reminding individuals that they are not alone in their struggles and that brighter days are ahead.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I enjoy sharing my story and speaking on HOPE. By sharing my story, I have been able to inspire and uplift others to focus on positivity, possibilities and potential for brighter future. HOPE can bring comfort during challenging times, motivate people to strive for their goals, and create a sense of optimism and resilience. I am able to encourage in others, and contribute to a more hopeful optimistic outlook in the world.,
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Overcoming what I have and three qualities that you need would be resilience, self-awareness, and a positive mindset.
1. Resilience: Developing this allows you to bounce back from setbacks and navigate through challenging times. It involves adapting to adversity, maintaining a sense of HOPE, and coping with stress in a healthy way. Cultivating resilience can help overcome depression with a stronger mindset.
2. Self-awareness: Understanding your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors is crucial. Self-awareness allows you to identify triggers, recognize negative patterns, and practice self-care. By being mindful of your emotions and reactions, you can better manage your mental health and work towards HOPE.
3. Positive mindset: This can have a powerful impact on your mental well-being. Focus on gratitude, practicing optimism, and nurturing a hopeful outlook can help you beyond your current struggles and envision a brighter future.
Alright, so before we go we want to ask you to take a moment to reflect and share what you think you would do if you somehow knew you only had a decade of life left?
This is a simple question. I would focus on sharing my story and HOPE. Help One Person Everyday!!!!
