Meet Boss Tootie The Hip-Hop Princess”

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Boss Tootie The “Hip-Hop Princess”. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Boss Tootie, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

I would like to thank you for this opportunity to share my story with the world. My self-esteem came after making my first music video, “Go!”. All the love and support I received from family, friends, all the participants and viewers.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am born and raised in Sacramento, CA. I am a 4th grade music artist who has been doing music for about three years now. My popularity has been sweeping Northern California as well as the United States. My goal is to climb to that number one spot in entertainment and branding
for kids. Building a diverse and global platform by putting content for kids first in everything I release. So far my content includes live performances, music, videos, and merch. To listen to my music go to: Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music or your streaming service of choice to get that real Boss Tootie experience. Make sure to be on the look out for my latest single, “Sleep All Day” dropping Jan. 24, 2024.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I want to keep recording impactful music for kids and their families to enjoy listening to over and over again. I like filming music videos that anyone can watch. The ideas and visual concepts me and the team come up with to make my music videos fun, timeless and memorable I also enjoy having merch available that compliments each release I drop every eight to nine weeks, kids and families can purchase.

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?
The person who has been the most helpful in developing my skills as an artist has been my dad. He has been there for me since day one. He is my creative music partner. We write, record, practice, and travel together all over. I do have a team too, and I appreciat each one of them and what they do. to contribute to my brand. My dad calls my team, “Team Boss Tootie”, so shout out to Team Boss Tootie!!!
