Meet Brandie Pyburn-Smith

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Brandie Pyburn-Smith. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Brandie, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
By spending time with myself and God learning to understand his voice and his directions concerning my life. I began studying to show myself approved in everything that lined up with my life.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I currently have a Christian Nonprofit Organization Sisterhood Through God’s Plan, Inc. which provides counseling and coaching services to women recovering from domestic violence and homelessness.

I also own B.O.S.S. Marketing a small business that also helps domestic violence survivors with branding their business.

I’m currently working on some new projects to launch in 2023 such as a Talk Show, Podcast, Prayer Brunch, Annual Conference and a Book Tour.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Healing, Loving Myself & Strong Faith were the three qualities that made the most impact in my journey.

My advice to anyone is always be your authentic self no matter how uncomfortable it makes others feel. Nobody knows what you had to go through to get where you are or headed. Life is about lessons once you learn what you need to know. Always continue to walk forward and never look back because your future is ahead of you and not behind you.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?
Prepared me for life at a young age. Taught me how to love God and how to communicate with him to gain a true understanding of all my circumstances.
