Brandon, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
Identify my strengths, abilities and achievements. Be honest and include everything I am proud of, no matter how small. Think about what they mean to me and why they’re important to me.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I’m a person has about 15 years of restaurant businesses background and gelato/ice cram industry about another 10 years since 2013.
With the belief that in order to start a business that has not been done previously, and had to learn it myself.
So, I was able to proceed with this business after completing the training course at the top 3 Gelato academies in Italy for almost 18 months.
While taking those classes in Italy, I came across to learn popsicle and novelty gelato, and was fascinated, so I have started my first Gelateria at the Old Town Pasadena as Stick Station in 2014.
Now my company called Vegano by stick station that specializes in to Plant-based & Gluten-Free popsicle business started during the pandemic at the out-door farmers markets.
We have started with 1 single FM location, and now over 8 FM locations, also having wholesale business to Vegan restaurants & Vegan Food trucks.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
All three of them.
Whether it’s a small business or a large business, running it is more difficult than anything else and requires
a lot of patience.
My advice is, if you don’t enjoy what you’re doing, quickly find some other business that you enjoy to do.
How can folks who want to work with you connect?
Yes, I am. It would be great if I could find a good business partner that interested in this vegan frozen dessert for wholesale business or CBD vegan popsicle Branding
I wish I could meet the partner not just investing money, partners who can take on any part of the business.
