Meet Brandon Vanegas

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Brandon Vanegas a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Brandon, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

Definitely through experience. At first, i was a very self conscious individual and worried about what other people thought about me. Throughout the years, I’ve been in very difficult situations due to dumb young-aged minded decisions that led me to prison, civil law suits, federal and criminal law suits, and many unfortunate events.
Pushing through these non-normal 18-year old situations, i learned to appreciate everything my family and everyone around me who actually loves and cared for me. No friends, No Ex-Girlfriends, No Business partners were there when most needed; only family and certain people.
Family motivation on doing better and develop my entrepreneurial skills were my biggest eye openers.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Currently own and operate San Diego Fleet Wash; San Diego’s Official Fleet, Building and Property Washing Company. Where the dream started late 2018 after winning a 25 year prison sentence; not knowing what was ahead in my future.

Over the years, i’ve achieved a skill only a certain population of the society can reach. Self-taught social skills, marketing, branding, and crowd speaking; transforming and changing my life from a criminal mind. Now surrendered to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, he has opened many paths that led to the person i am today.

Award winning, Latino Entrepreneur that started simply watching Grant Cardone, Tony Robbins and Carlos Munoz Videos, now mentally shooting for a 9 figure business and mindset of running for Office in the upcoming years; starting as Mayor of the City of Chula Vista.

AA, Motivational and Self-Esteem Speaker shooting to go global. Everyone must know Mr. Brandon Vanegas for changing the world. i will defeat the corrupt system and will provide the great low-cost service everyone deserves without worrying for over cost services. Make Chula Vista, and all San Diego County Great Again!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Most important advice i can give, although i am currently not where i will be, is never give up on the rainy days. There will be starting days throughout this journey where you will have no money, no clients, not even a sharp mind; never give up, keep going, keep sending emails, drink a shot a tequila feel confident and go door knocking.
You will pass this rainy day, there is always light after!

Also, provide a great service to ensure quality and reduce customer complaints. Be so strict with your business process and employee training that no error is committed. Be so confident and trustful with your employees due to this process. Act Great, Be Great, Be for your employees and don’t let any Customer talk you down in your honest hard work! Be respectful, but as you may all say, stand on business!

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

In the near future i will collaborate and have an interview with Grant Cardone explaining marketing and sales training; that is one of the short term goals.

I would also like to collaborate with the City of San Diego in maintaining this beautiful City of ours; Safe and Clean! Recently Adopted a freeway going Southbound on the 5th and E st, to partner with CalTrans and maintain this upcoming freeway section of the new Gaylord Pacific Hotel located in Bayview Marina.

My goal is not only business;.. Most importantly, the community. My goal is to be your Mayor in the near future and provide you a safe environment for your retiring folks or new family; guaranteed. Safe environment, no criminals, no corrupt system and most importantly no gang tolerance
