Brendan , thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
My resilience comes from my positive attitude and persistent work ethic. Operating in the cannabis industry is challenging and often times full of setbacks, but I am determined, strong and I never give up. I always remind myself of the saying “fall 100 times and get back up 101 times” – it helps me focus. I’m proud of the progress we’ve made with CEAS Collective and I’m looking forward to the future. Every milestone achieved is a reward in itself and helps motivate us to keep going. We have big plans for our future and I can’t wait to see them all come to fruition!

At CEAS Collective, we believe that cannabis is an amazing natural phenomena and that through our services with cannabis we can put a positive spin on the world. We are dedicated to providing quality products to those who seek out this amazing plant medicine. We are passionate about educating the public about the endocannabinoid system and how THC and CBD interact with it in order to give cannabis its many health benefits. Through our mission of creating access to quality cannabis for everyone, we can truly start putting a positive spin on the world. We are working hard to ensure that our customers can access the best products for their individual needs. Our staff is made up of experts in the cannabis industry and we take great pride in providing exceptional customer service. We strive to remain at the forefront of innovation within this field, continually looking to enhance the quality of our products and services. If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in my journey have been resilience, creativity, and collaboration. Resilience has been key in overcoming the many setbacks that I’ve encountered on my journey. This is especially important when facing challenges and obstacles outside of your comfort zone. Creativity has enabled me to come up with innovative solutions to problems, as well as open up new opportunities for career advancement. Lastly, collaboration has allowed me to build a strong network of peers who I can rely on for advice and support along the way.

For those early in their journeys, my advice is to take the time to develop and hone these qualities. Resilience can be developed through practice and learning from mistakes, both successes and failures alike. Creativity can be improved through reading books or watching movies that inspire creative thinking and problem solving. Finally, collaboration can be strengthened through building relationships with peers who share similar interests or goals. Above all else, it’s important to remain open-minded so you can continue learning and growing from every experience.
