We were lucky to catch up with Brendan Mulson recently and have shared our conversation below.

Brendan, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

Competency is the only way to become undeniably confident. People who have unshakable confidence, have unshakable competence. My confidence comes from the fact that I’ve been creating videos for over 8 years.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

My name is Brendan Mulson and I am the founder of Marketive Media. My journey started around 10 years ago when I developed a love for filmmaking. My first inspiration came from a YouTuber named Casey Neistat. This launched the creative side of video creation for me which quickly turned into a passion that I could not ignore any longer. Telling the story of the 10 years of how I got here would take all day so I will let you guys know where I stand currently. My company aims at helping people, business owners, coaches, consultants anyone trying to build their brand through social media.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

I am looking for individuals who know that building a brand is the best possible thing you can do in 2024. I am looking for people who are ready to, and willing to invest in themselves and put themselves out into the world of social media so that more and more people can hear their level of knowledge and expertise.
