Meet Brett Burch

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Brett Burch. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Brett below.

Brett, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

PilotHelper is the first aviation company solely focused on certifying every pilot as a trained peer supporter to increase safety across the skies. Our mission is to make peer support as fundamental as flight training by equipping pilots with the tools to recognize when a fellow pilot is struggling and confidently offer support. Many pilots avoid therapy due to stigma or fear of losing their medical certificate, which is why having trained peers they can trust is essential. By partnering with airlines, flight schools, and regulators around the world, PilotHelper is building the global standard for mental health support in aviation, creating a future where emotional support is not optional, but expected.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
