Meet Breyana Wright

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Breyana Wright a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Breyana, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

Something that continuously helps me develop my confidence and self esteem is improving my image on a regular basis. Simple things like planning my outfits in advance so that I look and feel my best every day, investing in quality clothing, and choosing the right clothes to highlight my shape are some of the main things that aid in consistently building my confidence and self esteem. I’d be doing myself a disservice if I didn’t mention that reading my Bible and studying scripture has also been essential to building my confidence and self esteem as well!

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I’m a virtual personal brand stylist and image consultant for entrepreneurs and career professionals. I teach them how to dress in a way that appeals to their target audience and showcase their own personal style. I own my own virtual style consulting firm, Styled by Breyana, where we offer private styling services, stylish and well made clothing for your wardrobe, plant based garment care products to keep every piece in your closet looking immaculate, and wardrobe planners and style guides for those with a busy schedule that have a desire to elevate their style.

Two things that are special about what I do is that I teach my clients how to dress and I style them using the clothing from their own closet. I believe that style is an important skill for every entrepreneur and career professional to have if they dream of climbing the corporate career ladder or building a reputable brand. So I teach them everything they need to know so that they can create a classic, credible, and noteworthy wardrobe and image

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

I think the most impactful areas of knowledge on my entrepreneurial journey have been: marketing, personal branding, and interpersonal skills. I feel the best way that people can improve upon these skills early on in their journey is by figuring out what works best for them. For example, your interpersonal skills may be more effective in smaller groups and gatherings. If that’s the case, make it a priority to network in these settings so that you can get your desired results.

How would you describe your ideal client?

My ideal clients are established male and female entrepreneurs/career professionals (meaning that they have been in their business/profession for awhile and know their target audience). They are looking to create a classic, timeless, and sophisticated wardrobe and image, they understand the importance of dressing for success, and they aren’t afraid to try new things and invest in their wardrobe.
