Meet Bri Logue

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Bri Logue a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Bri, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

When I first started my entrepreneurial journey, confidence wasn’t something I naturally had. I actually remember being at a conference early on and hearing Ed Mylett and Andy Frisella talk about confidence being the result of the promises you keep to yourself. That really stuck with me, and it still rings true today.

For me, confidence was built through action. I started writing out my tasks and actually doing them. Even when the wins were small, showing up consistently and following through proved to myself that I was capable. Every day I learned something new, got a little better, and pushed myself just a bit further. Over time, that compounds into real confidence in your skills.

I also learned that confidence doesn’t mean knowing everything. It means being comfortable saying, “I don’t know,” and trusting yourself enough to know you can figure it out. That mindset shift was huge for me. Once I truly believed that everything is figureoutable, I stopped being afraid of challenges and started seeing them as opportunities to grow.

And honestly, I wouldn’t be where I am without my husband/ business partner. Having someone who believes in you, supports you, and pushes you forward makes a world of difference. I’m incredibly grateful for that partnership and the role it’s played in my confidence and growth.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

My journey started back in 2017 after I lost my job. At the time, my husband encouraged me to try working for myself, even though I had absolutely no idea what that meant. I jumped in anyway and started a small marketing agency, picking up social media management clients through networking events and learning as I went.

As I took on more work, I became obsessed with understanding the systems behind marketing. I taught myself how to build websites, create funnels, and design marketing workflows that actually worked. What started as “just helping clients” quickly turned into a deep love for building structure, strategy, and clarity behind the scenes.

In 2021, my husband and I moved to San Antonio to focus on real estate investing. We flipped properties, learned how to wholesale, and fell in love with the business, but marketing was always at the core of everything we did. We realized that the systems we were building for ourselves were just as valuable as the deals themselves.

That realization led us to build and share those systems with others, and that’s how InvestorPlug was born. Today, we run our InvestorPlug CRM agency full time, helping real estate investors and entrepreneurs streamline their businesses with better systems, automation, and strategy. We also host conferences here in San Antonio with over 200 attendees, creating community and education around growth, technology, and entrepreneurship.

I work alongside my husband every day, which I truly love. No two days look the same, and the challenges keep me learning and growing. One of the most rewarding parts of this journey has been the freedom it’s given us the ability to travel, build intentionally, and create a life and business we’re genuinely proud of.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, there are three qualities and skills that had the biggest impact on my journey.

First, consistency and follow-through.

Early on, I learned that confidence and momentum come from keeping small promises to yourself. Writing down tasks and actually doing them, even when they felt uncomfortable or insignificant, built trust in myself over time. For anyone early in their journey, my advice is simple: stop waiting for motivation and focus on consistency. Small actions done daily compound faster than big plans that never get executed.

Second, a willingness to learn and figure things out.

I didn’t start with formal training in marketing, tech, or real estate. I learned by doing, asking questions, making mistakes, and staying curious. One of the biggest mindset shifts for me was realizing that it’s okay to say, “I don’t know,” as long as you’re confident you can find the answer. Everything truly is figureoutable. The faster you embrace being a beginner, the faster you grow.

Third, building strong support and partnership.

Having the right people around you makes a massive difference. I’ve been incredibly fortunate to build alongside my spouse and business partner, who supports me, challenges me, and believes in me, especially on the days I doubt myself. For anyone starting out, be intentional about who you let into your circle. Growth happens faster when you’re supported, encouraged, and held accountable.

If I could sum it up, success for me wasn’t about talent or having a perfect plan, it was about showing up consistently, staying curious, and building alongside people who help you become better than you could on your own.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

Yes, absolutely. I genuinely love meeting and collaborating with other real estate entrepreneurs and business owners who are building, experimenting, and growing.

My husband and I recently launched the AI Syndicate, which is a mastermind for entrepreneurs who want to get better with AI, build smarter systems, create chatbots, and connect with others who are applying these tools in real businesses. We’re especially excited about collaborating with people who are curious, willing to learn, and open to sharing what’s working and what’s not.

We also host Wholesaling Syndicate Live every September, a two-day event focused on collaboration, connection, and real-world learning. It brings together speakers, investors, and operators who want to grow their businesses, expand their network, and leave with actionable strategies they can actually use.

If someone is reading this and wants to collaborate, the best way to connect is through our community and events, or by reaching out directly online. I’m always open to conversations with people who value growth, systems, and building businesses with intention.
