Meet Briana Thomas

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Briana Thomas a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Briana , really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

My purpose found me when I realized that my own journey toward healing and reclaiming my sensuality was deeply intertwined with a greater mission. I spent a lot of time disconnected from my body, my pleasure, and from the true power of embracing myself fully. It wasn’t until I experienced a profound shift—realizing that pleasure isn’t just physical, but a tool for emotional, mental, and spiritual healing—that I knew I had to teach others what I was learning. My purpose is to empower women to reclaim their bodies, their confidence, and their pleasure without shame. When I realized the power of sensual education, I understood that this was my calling—helping others experience the freedom I found in embracing my whole self.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I’m Briana, Thee Pleasure Educator, and my mission is to help women reclaim their pleasure, sensuality, and full selves. I specialize in pleasure education—teaching women how to embrace their desires and bodies as vital, healing forces. Through my work, I guide women, particularly from marginalized communities, on a journey of empowerment, self-discovery, and healing using the transformative power of pleasure. Whether it’s through coaching, workshops, or content, I create a space where women can reconnect with their sensuality, break free from shame, and experience joy unapologetically.

What excites me most about what I do is the deep transformation I witness in the women I work with. It’s about more than just pleasure—it’s about freedom, self-love, and reclaiming power that has often been suppressed. By teaching women how to embrace their sensuality as part of their holistic well-being, I’m not just challenging taboos, but empowering them to live fully and unapologetically.

As for what’s new, I’m thrilled to announce the launch of my signature program, The Pleasure Manifesto. This coaching program is designed to help women reclaim their sensuality, rebuild their confidence, and heal from the trauma that often disconnects us from our bodies. It blends pleasure education with actionable tools to help women live empowered, joyful lives. I’m also expanding my community through workshops and digital courses to reach more women and continue breaking down the barriers around pleasure and sensuality.

I’m excited about the future and the growing opportunities to build a space where women feel seen, heard, and free to embrace their sensual power.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

1. Self-Awareness: The most important quality for me has been self-awareness—understanding who I am, what I truly want, and how I can be of service. I had to look inward and be honest with myself about my desires, my fears, and my purpose. This process of self-reflection allowed me to identify what really lights me up and what I’m here to teach others. It’s so important for anyone starting out to get clear on their values, their vision, and their why. If you don’t know what drives you, it’s hard to create something meaningful or stay grounded when challenges arise. My advice: Take the time to really know yourself, and the rest will follow.

2. Emotional Resilience: Building emotional resilience was crucial. Along my journey, I faced challenges—rejection, fear, and doubts. But I learned that resilience isn’t about never feeling hurt; it’s about bouncing back stronger. I learned how to process emotions, shift my mindset, and stay focused on my mission despite setbacks. This helped me stay committed and move forward. For anyone starting their journey: Don’t shy away from the hard moments. They teach you more about yourself than the easy wins. Let every struggle be a stepping stone for growth.

3. Pleasure Education and Sensuality: My journey was also deeply informed by my understanding of pleasure and its power—not just as something physical but as a vital tool for emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. The more I learned and practiced embracing pleasure in every part of my life, the more I realized its healing power. Pleasure isn’t an indulgence; it’s medicine for the soul. For those just starting: Learn the value of pleasure as healing. It’s an area that’s often overlooked but is foundational for your well-being and success. When you reclaim your body and your sensuality, you’re stepping into your full power.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

Yes, I am absolutely open to partnerships and collaborations! I believe that collaboration is at the heart of community-building, and I’m always looking for like-minded individuals and organizations who share my commitment to empowerment, sensuality, and well-being. Specifically, I’m interested in working with:

Wellness professionals: Coaches, yoga instructors, therapists, and holistic practitioners who understand the deep connection between mind, body, and pleasure and are committed to creating inclusive spaces.
Organizations focused on women’s health, empowerment, and education: I’m particularly drawn to those supporting marginalized communities and offering tools for healing and self-love.
Creative collaborators: Writers, artists, and content creators who are passionate about breaking societal taboos around sensuality and pleasure.
If you’re passionate about these topics and believe our work aligns, I’d love to connect with you! The best way to reach out is through my email at TheePleasureEducator@gmail or send me a message on Instagram at @TheePleasureEducator. Let’s create something transformative together!
