Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Brianna Lanee. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Brianna, so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.

I keep my creativity alive by allowing myself to truly experience life. My creativity is elevated when I try new things, meet new people, and navigate new environments.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I am a Fashion Designer. Designing and constructing garments is fascinating. Although it can be complex and challenging at times. That is what makes it so exciting. Being able to bring a sketch to life is thrilling to me. I specialize in designing custom dresses that tell a story. I believe people should wear beautiful gowns 24/7. I would love to reach more potential clients to design their dream dress and more.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Determination, optimism, and confidence are the three qualities that have been the most impactful for my journey as a designer. As a self taught fashion designer, those three things have kept me going. Despite the ups and downs that come with being a designer.

Is there a particular challenge you are currently facing?

Visibility. My goal for this year is to reach more clients. It has been challenging getting more eyes on my brand. My solution is to focus more on being creative when it comes to marketing and being more consistent.
