Meet Brianna Pineda

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Brianna Pineda a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Brianna, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

My purpose is to create a life filled with beauty, connection, and freedom — to build something that allows me to be fully present for my family while doing what I love: helping women feel confident, radiant, and celebrated in their own skin.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

At Brianna Pineda Artistry, we specialize in creating timeless, personalized hair and makeup experiences for brides and special events. What began as a simple passion for beauty has evolved into a business built on connection, confidence, and artistry. For me, the most exciting part of what I do is getting to be a small part of such meaningful moments in people’s lives — from hearing a bride’s love story to seeing her glow with confidence on her wedding day.

What makes my work so special is the relationships I build with my clients. I love getting to know them beyond the surface — learning about their journey, their vision, and what makes them feel their best. Every look I create is tailored to enhance their natural beauty and reflect their personality, so they still feel like themselves — just the most radiant version.

At its heart, Brianna Pineda Artistry is about more than hair and makeup. It’s about helping women feel beautiful in their own skin and creating a calm, joyful experience from start to finish.

As our team continues to grow, we’re excited to expand our bridal services, collaborate with more talented artists, and bring our signature beauty experience to even more brides and events. We also have some exciting new offerings and education opportunities in the works for artists looking to refine their craft and build confidence in their own artistry.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, I’d say the three qualities that have had the biggest impact on my journey are connection, consistency, and confidence.

Connection has always been at the heart of what I do. Building trust with my clients — really listening to their stories, their vision, and what makes them feel beautiful — is what sets the tone for every experience. My advice for anyone starting out is to lead with genuine care. People remember how you made them feel, not just how they looked.

Consistency has also been huge. There were times when growth felt slow, but showing up day after day — posting, practicing, learning, and serving clients with the same level of dedication — made all the difference. Success rarely happens overnight; it’s built in the small, steady moments that no one sees.

And lastly, confidence — in both my artistry and my vision. In the beginning, it’s easy to compare yourself to others, but your uniqueness is your biggest strength. The more I trusted my own style and approach, the more aligned clients I began to attract. For anyone early in their journey, my advice is to focus on your craft, believe in your worth, and remember that growth takes time. Every experience — even the challenging ones — shapes you into the artist and business owner you’re meant to become.

What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?

When I start to feel overwhelmed, I try to slow down and remind myself why I started. It’s easy to get caught up in the busyness of running a business, especially in the beauty industry where there’s always something new to do or create. But when I take a step back, breathe, and focus on gratitude — for my clients, my team, and the life I’m building for my family — it helps me reset and find balance again.

I’ve also learned the importance of boundaries and rest. For a long time, I felt like I had to say yes to everything, but I’ve realized that taking time to recharge actually makes me a better artist, business owner, and mom. Whether it’s spending time with my kids, going for a walk, or just having a quiet morning coffee, those moments of stillness help me come back refreshed and inspired.

My advice for anyone feeling overwhelmed is this: give yourself grace. You don’t have to have everything figured out all the time. Focus on one thing at a time, celebrate your small wins, and remember that growth comes in seasons. Take care of yourself the same way you take care of your clients — with patience, kindness, and intention.
