We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Bridget M. Shoup a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Bridget, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
It all started with my Spiritual awakening (2013). As I followed the messages I was receiving, I found my path and purpose in this life. I’m here to assist others in their lives journey! I started my Holistic Health practice (BMoonStruck) in 2016 offering all kind of services (Crystal Reiki Healing, Tarot Readings, Numerology, Life Coaching, & Sound Healing.)
These days, one of the ways I’m able to assist others is through my Sound Healing Sessions that I offer each month at Freestone Recreation Center in Gilbert, AZ. I love to get a group of amazing souls together to assist them in their healing. Luckily for me, as a side affect I also get to enjoy healing for myself. Sound healing has many amazing benefits that you not only hear, but feel within our entire being.
Another way I’m able to share my knowledge is though the 2 books that I have written and published. “Crystal Clear Enlightenment” A guide to Spiritual Growth & “Heal Yourself Holistically” Your Herb and Crystal Guide. These are the books I wish I had going though my Spiritual awakening, so I figured I’d help other people who were going through it, as at times it can be challenging and you might be feeling alone. My “Crystal Clear Enlightenment” book is there to assist you in knowing you are NOT alone!!

As I have continued onward in life I decided to expand my services! In 2019, I became an Ordained Minister and I opening “Magickal Weddings” where I officiate weddings for couples.
Being a non-denominational Minister, I’m able to offer my services to everyone, any faith, etc.
Most couples seek me out for my speciality Handfasting & my Crystal Ritual for their ceremonies.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Three qualities or skills I feel I have is to be fearless, open, and follow my intuition. As I listened & responded to the messages I was receiving by following my intuition, I have been able to live a very lovely, happy and magickal life.
I say you got to first follow your intuition, and be open to what follows and comes from that… then be fearless and go after whatever it is with happiness & excitement!
In this life, you can be or do anything you wish! It’s all about setting a good intention and believing you can do or have it and then … just like magick … you will actually achieve it!! It has worked for me time and time again, and I have helped other people live their best life with this same philosophy. I say “Believing is Seeing”.
Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?
I do feel that it’s important to surround yourself with like-minded souls. I have been lucky enough to have a very supportive and open minded Husband and Daughter.
They have always cheered me on and helped me when I was having tuff times going though my Spiritual awakening.
I appreciate and love them so much. Thank you Jared & Kelsey for always being there for me.
In addition, finding your “tribe” is also beneficial in getting though challenges. Remember that your vibe attracts your tribe, so if you are looking for like minded people, seek them out in places where you can find them.
