Meet Brielle Jai

We were lucky to catch up with Brielle Jai recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Brielle Jai, thank you for being such a positive, uplifting person. We’ve noticed that so many of the successful folks we’ve had the good fortune of connecting with have high levels of optimism and so we’d love to hear about your optimism and where you think it comes from.
My optimism comes from my understanding that anything is possible! Life has shown me over and over again that what I want want me too so I make a conscience decision everyday to only give my focus to the good things in life, to consume good things, to surround myself with good things.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I teach the business and skillset of lash extensions. This is a high demand service that requires professional training. It’s critical to have been trained properly or you can put yourself and client at risk of damage whether it damaged their eyes or your professional career. I love what I do because I know I am providing proper education while taking it a step further for lash professionals in their careers by also teaching them important hard and soft business skills. We highlight so much in our trainings and workshops! Not only did I build an awesome community with the Everything Lash Group I have also created a financial literacy section that includes tax preparation and building business credit for lash artist. With it currently being tax season we do provide tax preparation that includes individual and business taxes for tax professionals!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The 3 areas things that impacted my journey the most are communication skills, being solution minded, while also learning to not take things personally especially with business! My advice would be to begin developing skills in areas you’re not strong in very early! Surround yourself with people who feul your passion and encourage you to go beyond any limits placed on you and pay no mind to those who don’t you have to stay focused.

As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?
See you at the top by Zig Ziglar! He speaks on so many great developmental qualities like setting clear goals, keeping a positive attitude, the importance of self image, remaining a student, the power of visualization, and so much more!!! I love what he teaches and will always encourage others to listen to him. He gives a comprehensive approach to personal and professional development, emphasizing a balanced, positive, and proactive approach to life.
