Meet Brielle

We recently connected with Brielle and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Brielle with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?

My work ethic certainly comes from my family. My parents and brothers are incredibly hard working people and I am so grateful for the examples they set for me.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am a PA born and raised entertainer that moved to Nashville in 2023. It has been an absolute gift for me to continue to song write and perform within this beautiful community. My last release was in 2022, and so much has happened in my life since then. I am so excited to share new music in 2025! Some of the songs coming out this year have been in development for years, and some of the songs are brand new. I hope the music connects with people in all seasons of life.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Since I am in the early stages of my career, I think I would have a better answer to this question in about a decade. However, for now I think three qualities that have been positively impactful on my journey so far have been discipline, honesty, and optimism.
If you remain disciplined in any craft, honest in every conversation (including the conversations with yourself) and optimistic about what can happen next, for me at least it keeps you moving forward.

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?

I think the biggest area of growth for me in the last 12 months was in my personal life, but it translates to my professional life. I feel this past year I have become way more honest with myself and others. Not to say that I wasn’t honest before this year (although I made up some gnarly stories in elementary school, but we can chat about that later) I just found that the process of factoring in everyone else’s opinion before my own or without a partnership to my own opinion was not going to produce honest work or results. In music especially, I feel people know when you are 100% honest in your work and life, so I have grown to (hopefully) speak my truth more while still learning and growing from those wiser than me.
