Brittany, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
I got my worth ethic for my parents. I witnessed them work very hard for what they wanted as a kid. I started working at age 15. And at one point, I even had two jobs to help pay my way through college. Therefore, working hard wasn’t a foreign concept for me as I had always witnessed it and applied it to my own life. And because of my work ethic, I have been able to excel because my employers recognized and acknowledged how I show up and do my job well. So I hope and pray that my son sees how hard both me and my husband work to provide for our family.

We can set up the playing field indoors or outdoors. We provide the most exciting birthday party ever, and the easiest party you’ve ever thrown! We provide a personalized laser tag experience for each birthday party. Our customers can make requests regarding what games are played and where they want their event to take place.
We have recently opened our schedule during the week to provide customers with more booking options since our availability has typically been weekends only. So that is exciting to provide more availability so that customers may have the opportunity to experience our services!
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Honestly, I am forever learning, which I think is always good. However, the skills/qualities that have been instrumental is my ability to communicate effectively, following up in a timely manner (organization) and maintaining integrity. I think a lot of people think that you just start a business and you don’t have to put any work or effort into it. The advice that I would offer is if you say you are going to do something do it! Even if you don’t have the answers it is always ok to find out and get back with customers. As long as you are communicating and being diligent getting back to them in a timely manner increases your value as a business owner.
